Im Vorfeld und 2 Mal bei Anreise um zusätzliche Kopfkissen gebeten-wurde nicht gemacht. Die Matratze bzw. die Nachttischlampenschalterwaren so ungünstig angebracht, dass bei jeder Beewegung das Licht ausging
Frühstück für den Preis von 15 € unangemessen-Rühreier mit Öl zubereitet, aucg sehr spärliche Auswahl an Speisen.
Im Restaurant am Abend war die weibliche Bedienung ziemlich schnippisch und kurzangebunden. "Spargelkartekönnen Sie vergessen haben wir nicht und Kölsch gibt es auch nicht.
Die männliche Bedienung hatte jedoch bei einem anderen Gast Kölsch gebracht. Auf die Frage, warum ich denn bei seiner Kollegin keines bekomme, teilte er it,dass diese nicht gewusst habe, dass er ein neues Fass angeschlagen hätte. Die Dreiviertel Hose der männlichen Bedienung fand ich für ein Restaurant nicht sehr angemessen,
kein Aufzug!

Die Lage am Rhein war angenehm direkt der Zugang zum Fluss.

Cons:

Etwas zu hellhörig und Altbacken. Lüftungsanlage aus dem Badezimmer war zu hören in den anderen Räumen.

Das Frühstück gibt es samstags erst ab 8:00 Uhr und war für mich zu spät angeboten.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Habe leider nicht drauf geachtet, dass die Deckenhöhe im Zimmer sehr niedrig war. Das erschwerte etwas das Duschen. Zimmer war direkt über der Küche und war morgens laut.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Essen war sehr gut, das Frühstück ebenso. Die Zimmerausstattung war gut und die Matratze auch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ging zum Innenhof mit einer sehr niedrigen Decke, die sehr gute Küche war nicht nicht zu riechen, die Düfte zogen leider ins Zimmer. Im Bad müssten die Fugen einmal gereinigt werden, ebenso wir die Decke in der Dusche.
Der Preis schien mir relativ hoch mit 362 € für drei Nächte im Februar.

de badkamer was erg klein. We hebben de avond ook in het restaurant gegeten, en daar ging die avond alles mis. De smaak van het eten was wel goed, maar er was te weinig personeel in zowel keuken als bediening, echt alles ging fout
