Hotel sencillo, limpio y cerca del centro. El desayuno muy bien.
Mucho ruido en la habitación, una carretera muy transitada a la altura de la habitación.
Pedí un taxi seguro para ir a la estación de autobuses y se presentó un señor particular con su coche. Cuando le dije al de recepción que viajo sola y que quería un taxi seguro, se negó a llamar diciendo que allí, aquellos eran los taxis seguros. Tuve que ir con mis maletas a un autobus urbano en plena lluvia.
Muy amable el personal
Había algún insecto y nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación por qué nos picaba
La ubicación es muy buena, puedes llegar fácilmente al centro caminando.
La ventilación de la habitación no era la mejor, se encerraba mucho el calor y abrir las ventanas es a costa de privacidad.
Todo estuvo bien, muy comodo para dormir y el personal muy amable y me guardaron mis maletas por que mi transporte salia tarde y tuve la oportunidad de hacer un tour y regresar hasta la noche por mis maletas

I had asked for a quiet room, so we were given a room facing the interior courtyard, away from the traffic. The bedroom was sparse but charming, with a simple layout that suited the character of the old Spanish-style building. The courtyard was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a coffee from the café at the front of the hotel.
The hotel is in a great location, away from the main tourist centre but still within easy walking distance of Centro, with some excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were great.
Our room did not have any windows and the lighting was quite low, so it was fairly dark. The rooms facing the street had much more natural light, but we chose the interior room to avoid the street noise.
There were no facilities in the room for making drinks, such as a kettle or drinking water.

Que huelen las habitaciones a edificio viejo y caño, además de que cuando te bañas la presión del agua caliente disminuye

Mucho ruido, afuera de mi habitación por las noches hay gente fuera de un negocio y se van ya muy tarde, no se puede descansar, lo hablé con la recepción y me dijeron que había luchas ese día 😒

Good location, very functional and good value for the price . Not a hotel you "hang around" but good for a rest after a long day
Not the hotels fault but the road outside is very noisy, id recommend earplugs
An affordable hotel within about a 10-minute walk of the city center.
It was so noisy that I could barely sleep. The hotel is right next to a busy road, and I kept waking up in the middle of the night because of old city buses accelerating outside. I'm usually a heavy sleeper, so that's saying something.
1. It's a hotel, but they don't provide complimentary bottled water.
2. The towels were very old and worn out.
3. The bathroom only had one half-used roll of toilet paper.
4. I saw reviews saying the staff were friendly, but that wasn't my experience. They weren't rude, but they definitely weren't particularly friendly either.
5. The amenities were just a packet of shampoo and two small round bars of soap. Some reviews mentioned great amenities, so I honestly wondered if they were talking about a different hotel.
Overall, I really don't recommend this place. Just sharing this so other travelers know what to expect.

en mi ultimo dia tome mi desayuno en el hotel y olvide mi termo de cafe en la mesa del comedor ha pesar de que estue en la resepcion del hotel por 2 horas esperando mi taxi no se devolvieron ho preguntaron nada era buen termo que mala desepcion

Provenía mal olor desde el baño (cañería) y nos despertó la luz que entraba desde una ventana ubicada en la parte superior (habitación triple), podrían colocar una cortina anti-luz).
