Dirty towels.. the man said he didn't have more..

en mi ultimo dia tome mi desayuno en el hotel y olvide mi termo de cafe en la mesa del comedor ha pesar de que estue en la resepcion del hotel por 2 horas esperando mi taxi no se devolvieron ho preguntaron nada era buen termo que mala desepcion
La atención del personal y la habitación estaba linda
El ruido de los carros, era mucho, no me dejó descansar del todo

Provenía mal olor desde el baño (cañería) y nos despertó la luz que entraba desde una ventana ubicada en la parte superior (habitación triple), podrían colocar una cortina anti-luz).

Really nice room, spacious and neat. Very very clean
The shower head was really horrible and hard to manage. Sprayed all around and was very old. The window opened directly to the streets first floor. You had an option, either stay in poorly ventilated room or everyone on the street look inside

La ubicación es ideal para visitar el centro de Puebla. La atención por parte de los empleados fue muy buena.
La habitación que nos tocó no tenía mucha ventilación y se vuelve muy difícil de renovar el aire del cuarto, a pesar de que el cuarto cuenta con ventiladores.
