Will probably use TRU again; for short stay but, it's not a wow compared to other Hilton facilities.
Pros:

Breakfast on Hampton side was great. Breakfast staff friendly and accommodating. liked the ability to crossover to hampton side. Game room and other amenities are a nice touch.

Cons:

Info in the rooms regarding access to amenities. Bathroom needs touch up work and cleaning.

Cons:

The room was tiny. The beds were hard. The breakfast was awful. No meat on the one buffet and pork chorizo on other one. So needless to say we went out and bought breakfast. The $150 deposit took 5 days to return which is a bit higher than other hotels we have stayed typically its $50 at most. The pool was not warm.

Pros:

I liked the fact that we had free space in the room, it was quiet, I could slightly open the window to insert fresh air if needed, the desk was very efficient for work and so was the chair.

Cons:

The bathroom could be modernized. Cancel the curtain, add a handheld shower handle, dim the lights and even enter an option to here relaxing music in the bathroom with water resistant speakers
