I won’t be staying there again. Even though the staff were very kind.
Pros:

It was close to the mall for shopping.

Cons:

Hiltons computer system was down world wide. Later in the evening a stranger was assigned our room and walked in our room. It was terrifying and I couldn’t sleep at all that night.

very nice.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Game room was a plus for the kids. Room was clean. It was close to where we were going and the staff made sure we got a room next to the family we were meeting there.

Cons:

Pool area could have been warmer. It was cool to swim there. It was a pet friendly hotel, which is ok, but guests didn't care if there large dogs barked and nothing was done to get them to quiet them down.

It was fine. It served the purpose for my business travel - close to our Albany offices.
Pros:

The room had flooring instead of carpet, and was fairly new.

Cons:

I had a 2-night stay and my bed was not made.

Comfortable room convenient to landmarks. Excellent breakfast. Great workout room.
Pros:

Room was quiet and comfortable. Great workout facility and open 24 hours/day with your cardkey. The breakfast was excellent with liberal hours. WiFi consistent. Access to the University and the airport was very convenient. Although I didn't avail myself of this feature, they have Wed evening happy hour.

Cons:

The nightstand was this flimsy plastic stand. The light switch to turn off the light at night was in an awkward position. The towels are a bit on the thin side.
