Quan rules!
Pros:

One of the staff members, Quan, was professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable when I called ahead with questions concerning my stay. She helped me arrange for a late check-in and guided me through the process of creating a (free!) Hilton Honors account. Because of Quan, I felt confident in my booking with Tru.

Cons:

Not a thing! Everything was thoughtfully designed, the hotel was clean, and the staff members were polite, friendly, and helpful.

Will probably use TRU again; for short stay but, it's not a wow compared to other Hilton facilities.
Pros:

Breakfast on Hampton side was great. Breakfast staff friendly and accommodating. liked the ability to crossover to hampton side. Game room and other amenities are a nice touch.

Cons:

Info in the rooms regarding access to amenities. Bathroom needs touch up work and cleaning.
