I different desk staff was nice.Great custom service.All you got in like.Was I broke glass in my room and housekeeping?Didn't clean it 2 days, which was no fault to the front desk staff but I understand due to the baseball team billionaire

I really can't feel I didn't like nothing. The shower, but that's because my husband tall in the. I think the room with handicapped beds just need something like a ottoman. For those who is assisting the handicapped person to sit on

Tru By Hilton Lafayette River Ranch provides a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. I liked the bacon, sausage, and the scrambled eggs. There was some variation in what was served each day. I'm glad that this hotel always had a pot of coffee available for its guests.

Cons:

I think that the Wi-Fi wasn't always strong.

Im not please with my stay there. Would not go back
Pros:

The food was not good. Pancake machine was broken. It was not good.

Cons:

Clean the room while we was there for 2 days. The house keeper did not ask if we needed anything. I had go get toliet paper and bags from house keeper

Chaz was incredibly trained!!
Pros:

Wow, do not hesitate to stay here. I try to stay at a tru hotel every where I travel because the bend over backwards to make sure everyone is happy. Chaz, at the front desk is amazing. He loves his job and it shows.

It’s not a work or business place, more for social people.
Pros:

The staff that check me in and out was amazing

Cons:

The first room I was in toilet wasn’t working, the floors in that room and the room I was changed to where so dirty around the base of the bed. The bed frame needs to be changed it’s so much food and god knows what caked up in the cracks of the bed. Also there is just a mattress on a wood frame so not too much support on your back. The doors are so loud when you open and close them the person in the room next to kept me up all night opening and closing there door I kept thinking somebody was opening my door. I just was a little disappointed. I can say the staff that checked me in and out was amazing they where friendly and showed great hospitality.

Could use better cleaning
Pros:

This is a bare-bones hotel, which, for the price, was to be expected. The positives are that the staff---including front desk and cleaning crew---are all very nice. There's always hot coffee in the lobby, and the free breakfast is pretty decent. Also I appeciate that the flooring in the rooms is vinyl as opposed to carpet, so no dinginess or stains or holes. It just makes the room feeling cleaner. That being said, things could be cleaner. The upholstered chair in my room was full of stains and the corners of the shower had some kind of black substance. The hallways had some litter that was there in the morning when I left the hotel and was still there in the evening when I returned.
