We loved the games in the lobby.

The breakfast was very crowded and we didn’t get to utilize it bc there were so many people and so few ways to get the hot breakfast.

Aucun entretien. Fourmies dans la chambre, nettoyage à revoir douche sale et vitres n en parlons pas. Petit déjeuner très limite, machine à pancake qui ne fonctionne pas . Literie pas confortable et draps non adaptés. Y a du boulot pour un Hilton!!!

My family enjoyed our stay and would defiantly return
Pros:

From the moment I walked in the lobby I liked the place! plenty of things for our kids to do, nice pool area with propane grills, rooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff? they all were nothing short of amazing. That includes all the receptionist, the housekeepers, and the lady who was helping with the breakfast bar. They even have a little store on site, so it is convenient.

Cons:

Maybe just a tad bit too much chlorine in the pool?

Poor customer service

Staff was real ugly towards my kids but didn’t have that same energy when I went speak to them. Breakfast was just eggs and sausage no pancakes or waffles. We brought our ice chest and food to grill they told us we couldn’t have a party which we weren’t trying to it was my son’s birthday and only wanted to swim and grill. I will not be returning.

Pros:

Exceptionally courteous staff, very clean, and great decor.

Cons:

I didn't like how guest invited other guest to come and use the swimming pool and grilling area. I think each guest should be allowed 2ppl at the pool area, they had over 15 people for 1 room, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

I enjoy the vibe, the room is comfortable, and modern, all the staff was kind, good listeners, and accommodating, pleasant. AWESOME Staff

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't cleaned well there was some mold and noticeable p**** hair in the shower, also on the bathroom sink, not p**** but short hairs...and soap scum or build up, not sure. I wiped it off with my washcloth. I'm not a fan of these thing's but I'm just writing this because I truly do enjoy your hotels...not being a complaining customer. I've been a personal housekeeper for years, and know the work and absolutely appreciate workmanship...I ALWAYS leave my housekeeper a tip, I'm sorry say I did not this time...
