Nice new hotel close to convention center, downtown and strip district.
Pros:

Beautiful bar and lobby in the top floor. Very new hotel; spacious nicely furnished rooms. Great shower!

Cons:

It is a pity that they saved money on the room doors. They are so thin that you hear everything that happens outside your room. Also beware: you cannot open the windows in the rooms! As mentioned, there is a beautiful bar and lobby in the top floor. This is also where the breakfast is being served. The breakfast is a great deal! Unfortunately, the personel responsible for the breakfast and for the bar were really unfriendly, which made it not a nice experience for us.
If you want to go the strip district at night you should be aware that you have to walk through a somewhat shady area (along parking lots and underneath a highway bridge) before you get there.

For a concert at the PPG Center
Pros:

Clean room and building, staff was excellent!

Cons:

No parking and for the nightly price I paid a breakfast included would have been nice.
