I would consider staying again due to it's location, staff and cleanliness.
Pros:

Sajana was friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, she checked on me an hour after checking into my room via text and that left a lasting impression on me. After the power was restored, the management was too accommodating and ensured that all customers would receive a full refund.

Cons:

although it was no fault of the facility itself as it was a natural disaster, the hotel lost electricity, there were no emergency lighting or accommodations for guest with mobile disabilities.

Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our room and the shower was amazing and very clean and the soaps and lotion also very good!! Will be staying there again!!

Pros:

Staff very friendly. Place was clean. The breakfast was great. Was happy to see “real” eggs and not powdered. Selection was good.

Easy access off I95 good place for dogs

Cons:

We were charged an extra pet fee of $75 which was not mentioned on the booking site. Apparently that is a standard fee for this Hotel chain.
Booking needs to get clear with this hotel chain about this fee. I was surprised that it was added on after I had already paid for the room.
