My stay was o.k. Probably will not stay again. Too barebones for me.

We have an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean, rooms are very comfortable and staff was amazing

The rooms are super clean and the staff is amazing. Breakfast was very good. Overall, a great experience for our family of four.

I have stayed at other TRU HOTELS in other states and it was great. This was the worst.

Cons:

CUSTOMER SERVICE was not friendly. Room beds were dirty had to move to another room which wasn't the greatest either. Breakfast so early in the morning and yet already no coffee, eggs tasted like they were cooked with water. I have stayed at other TRU HOTELS in other states and it was great. This was the worst. Now when I see Tru Hotels, I skip them. Bad experience.
