Average and not much in response from front desk staff. Disappointing.
Pros:

Clean room and daily house keeping. Breakfast was ok,

Cons:

Asked for quiet room and reviewed with hotel front desk clerk and ended up with room between the elevator and the Electrical/Mechanical room, which was a constant humming noise and feel wall vibrating to the touch.

Angels In Steamboat Springs
Pros:

M. y partner and I planned a trip to Steamboat and made reservations at the Hilton, Homewood Suites in Steamboat Springs, Co, While driving there, we found that the Hilton Diamond Desk had made mistakes on our reservation abeliggerently refused to make any corrections. However, when we contacted the hotel and spoke with "Jin", he graciously made the corrections needed. The next day, during the first bike ride on the first full day of vacation, I had a biking accident and ended up in the local hospital with a broken leg. JIn and his staff were angels and moved us into aThroughout our week stay, the entire staff went above and beyond what was expected to assist when needed. I defifinetly recommend this hotel and the amazing staff!!!!!

Pros:

Erik and Nicole helped me out a lot to get 10 rooms for my fire crew. Made it so easy and did everything in they’re power to guarantee those rooms for us I really recommend this hotel.

Would definitely stay again. Great value ! (We were here in the off season.)
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and very roomy with kitchenette with full size fridge.

Cons:

Bathroom was on the smaller side but everything else quite roomy.
