Pros:

Was rather impressed. Lately, staying in just about any hotel means you're going to find something that isn't very clean in the room, or an uncomfortable bed. Everything here was clean, nice and in working order. Thanks for a VERY pleasant stay!

Pros:

Breakfast on the first day was just ok, but much better the second day. Location was good, right off the main street, easily accessible.

Cons:

The pull out couch was absolutely horrible, extremely thin mattress, very uncomfortable. I was sore after sleeping on it! The shower could've been better, was difficult to work.

It was expensive for the accommodation.
Pros:

Very quiet despite being on a busy road. The free breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

The shower doors were installed incorrectly it would not stay closed when showering. The room was nice but the layout was strange. Bathroom door right next to the bed.

Nice property.
Pros:

We enjoyed the extra room a suite provided. Views were nice. We watched a Ballon Launch across the street each morning, that was nice. Breakfast was okay, coffee was excellent. Hot Tub and swimming pool were nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was plentiful, but not really flavorful. Apple juice was really weak. It would have been nice to have had our room on a low floor as we had a fur baby, but small issue. Hot tub seemed very hot and also chlorine level was extremely high. Fans could use a vacumming. I know it's a ski town, but carpet could use a good cleaning.

Average and not much in response from front desk staff. Disappointing.

Clean room and daily house keeping. Breakfast was ok,

Cons:

Asked for quiet room and reviewed with hotel front desk clerk and ended up with room between the elevator and the Electrical/Mechanical room, which was a constant humming noise and feel wall vibrating to the touch.

Angels In Steamboat Springs
Pros:

M. y partner and I planned a trip to Steamboat and made reservations at the Hilton, Homewood Suites in Steamboat Springs, Co, While driving there, we found that the Hilton Diamond Desk had made mistakes on our reservation abeliggerently refused to make any corrections. However, when we contacted the hotel and spoke with "Jin", he graciously made the corrections needed. The next day, during the first bike ride on the first full day of vacation, I had a biking accident and ended up in the local hospital with a broken leg. JIn and his staff were angels and moved us into aThroughout our week stay, the entire staff went above and beyond what was expected to assist when needed. I defifinetly recommend this hotel and the amazing staff!!!!!

Wonderful, great customer service, treated my fire crew and I like family, rooms are amazing. Brakefast delicious

Erik and Nicole helped me out a lot to get 10 rooms for my fire crew. Made it so easy and did everything in they’re power to guarantee those rooms for us I really recommend this hotel.
