Un fantastico inizio di vacanza in Giappone
Pros:

Struttura e camere nuovissime e molto confortevoli, dotate di tutto il necessario. Personale gentile e che parla un buon inglese. La colazione molto variegata e abbondante, sia nelle proposte dolci che salate, con piatti tradizionali e internazionali.

All good. No complaints at all.
Pros:

Perfect location : very close to office area. My office was right across the road
Good breakfast...but they can change some items every day....I stayed 6 days, including weekends...and no change in the menu ...
The room size was more than decent for Tokyo....very good furniture and upholstery

I found a lot of US and European travellers staying there also

Cons:

Everything is fine . Didn't find or face any issues.
Just that early check-in is a no no....yes you can avail it as a paid service.....but than I believe is the norm, all over Tokyo.
But they had a locker room and kept your luggage.

Ottimo hotel business, anche tenendo conto del rapporto qualità-prezzo-comfort.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, il cuore di Shinjuku si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi, mentre l'hotel è in una zona molto tranquilla. Ottima pulizia, ottimi servizi (lavatrice a disposizione dei clienti, macchina per le bibite, etc), bagno e doccia di ottima qualità, soprattutto per il getto della doccetta. E' un hotel business in cui ci si sente bene. Personale squisito e disponibile, colazione molto varia (sia occidentale che giapponese), con personale sempre disponibile e sorridente.

Cons:

Forse sarebbe stato meglio avere le stanze leggermente più grandi: il letto è accessibile solo da un lato.
