Always deliver as expected
Pros:

It gives a more classy feel, not just functional. Rooms are bigger than most other hotels here. Location is extremely convenient for me for a business trip.

Cons:

There was no possibility to check in earlier than 12 noon. I came in on a red eye flight and would have been willing to pay to check in earlier to rest an earlier.

Very good pancakes at breakfast!
Pros:

Buffet breakfast is great value and delicious.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom small but very clean.
Air-conditioning very good

Cons:

There was a huge, old, ugly reclining arm chair in our room that was totally unnecessary and took up loads of space

Location is okay but it’s a boring area quite far from Shinjuku

飯店提供多種備品，包含髮油、沐浴鹽、化妝水、乳液、護手霜、漱口水等，且都是知名品牌產品；房間內的吹風機是ReFa BEAUTECH；飯店早餐品項不算多，但品質不錯！

Ruhige Lage und doch zentral

Cons:

Restaurant während Frühstückstisch etwas eng und überfüllt. Frühstück ist nur bis 10Uhr verfügbar, letzter Einlass 9.30 Uhr!
