Not good
Pros:

What I like about the property is the good room layout. Basically, the bathroom is not small like in normal Japanese hotel bathrooms, and it’s not far from the metro or train station, so overall, it’s OK.

Cons:

What I didn’t mention about the property is that the breakfast is not very good. Everything is the same every day, and it’s not tasty or well-presented. Also, the staff is not good. They definitely don’t know how to treat guests, and there are no other facilities that other hotels offer. maybe for future I don’t think I can recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Perfect hotel for a trip to Tokyo
Pros:

Location, nice clean respectable location with lots near by. Close to train stations and a 13min walk to Shinjuku proper. The 7-11 in basement was super handy.

Cons:

No gym/ spa. Little expensive but the value is there.
