Affordable hotel
Pros:

The room was ok. Bathroom was large

Cons:

The rooms are very dated with old brown furniture.
Location wasn’t great as not much around here but near the Nishi Shinjuku metro.
The breakfast was not good at all.

Top locatie en oase van rust
Pros:

De locatie is top zo vlakbij het station en de drukke winkel/horecagebieden. Het gebied rondom het hotel is rustig, en met nog geen twintig minuten lopen bevind je je in de hectiek van Shinjuku: een perfecte combinatie. De kamer was niet heel ruim, maar voldoende voor een kort stadsverblijf en de bedden waren heerlijk. Er werd een uitgebreide set aan amenities aangeboden. Er zit een 24-uurs 7/11 op ground floor level waar je van binnenuit het hotel gemakkelijk naar toe kunt (je loopt er zo vanuit de lift binnen), ideaal!

First class hotel in every way
Pros:

The location was great, staff were friendly and very helpful. Help yourself to toiletries if you needed them, 7 eleven on site which did everything you needed.

Pros:

Hetgeen ons het meest beviel, waren zondermeer de Fluffy pancakes. We hadden het hotel daarop in principe ook uitgekozen. Heerlijk. Ook fijn, dat het hotel een eigen restaurant heeft, of eigenlijk 2. Je hoeft dus niet per se de stad in op zoek naar een restaurant. Anders dan de kleine eettentjes in de stad, heeft dit restaurant (heart) heerlijk comfortabele banken, een goed menu en een buiten terras. Ook als je niet wil eten kan op dit buitenterras een heerlijk wijntje of biertje doen.

Cons:

De ontvangst bij de receptie was anders dan zoals we in andere hotels werden verwelkomd. Sowieso is de Japanner in de regel heel erg beleefd, gastvrij, behulpzaam en respectvol. Dat zagen wij niet terug bij de receptiemedewerkers toen we aankwamen. Receptiepersoneel kwam ook een beetje twijfelachtig over waren. Vragen over attracties (vlakbij) moesten worden opgezocht. Uiteindelijk kregen we wel wat we zochten/wilden maar het ging minder gemakkelijk dan bij de andere hotels die wij bezochten. Dit hotel ligt een beetje aan de buitenkant van Tokio en zijn centrum. Wij zouden volgende keer voor een hotel wat dichterbij gaan zitten.
