Nice location, not the best VFM
Pros:

Good location, not in the center of Shinjuku - which is actually good because this area is too crowded and noisy.

Cons:

Lobby is modern but rooms are old. Got the 21 squared meter room and it was tiny because the way its designed with huge tables.

Nice Hotel in Nishi-Shinjuku
Pros:

the hotel location is great, nearby metro station and many places to grab something to eat (restaurants and supers).

Cons:

the first room that we booked, was too small for us - so we had to upgrade the room to more moderate one.
compare to others hotels which we have stayed in Japan, this one was less equipped.

From arrival to departure the staff were fantastic. The location is great and it has the best shower.

Pros:

Sauber und grosszügige Zimmer, sehr gute und bequeme Betten. Super freundliches Personal. Super toll, dass ein 711 sowie Waschmaschinen direkt im Hotel sind.
