Views of Himeji Castle were spectacular!
Pros:

We were on the 12th floor with views of Himeji Castle and that made this room absolutely spectacular! Great breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Really convenient.
Pros:

We needed a place to crash for one night and see Himeji Castle. The place was conveniently located near the train station. We were able to store our luggage for several hours after we checked out.

Cons:

Everything was great; I have nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Pros:

当初予約した部屋が喫煙室でしたが、メールで事情を説明した所、直ぐ禁煙の部屋に変更して貰えた。
おまけに、姫路城が目の前に観られる部屋にして頂けて驚きました。
ご配慮いただき、ありがとうございました。

Cons:

ベッドサイドの置時計のスペースに埃が貯まっていた。
カーテンの下端に、茶色いムラの有る汚れが気になった。

Great value for a comfortable and clean hotel in a central location.
Pros:

Excellent value for a pretty spacious and comfortable room in. Great location. It took us less than 10min to walk from the JR station. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

位置很好，離車站不遠，鄰近處就是商圈購物街，購物非常方便。房間空間夠大，而且窗戶看出去就能遠眺姬路城，視野非常棒。想要隨性的漫步在姬路城內，相當方便且愜意～～

We checked out 10 minutes late and they phoned us to tell us that we would be charged extra if we checked out 15 minutes late.
