Pros:

Gute Lage, bequemme Betten, freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, Möglichkeiten das Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank zu stellen und Mikrowellen um das Essen aufzuwärmen. Im grossen und ganzen wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr minimal. Die Strasse zum Hotel ist schlecht.

Lovely little hide against a mountain backdrop

The self check-in process was flawless and the breakfast delicious! We loved waking up with the sheep nearby.

Pros:

Nice location and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. It's great that you can use the dining common area to make your own dinner there. There is a fridge where you can put your own things in and there are tea and coffee facilities.

Cons:

Our rooms were detached from the main building so we had to use the car to get there.

La sale comune era molto fornita con microonde, macchinetta del caffè/latte/cioccolata, frigo e stoviglie a disposizione di tutti.
Ottima la colazione internazionale. Consigliato!!

Extremely disappointing stay – very poor value for money

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely noisy and very poorly soundproofed. Separate, uncomfortable beds and overall very low quality considering the very high price. No staff available on site when we needed help. We eventually had to leave and pay for another hotel just to sleep properly. Despite this, the hotel refused any refund. Very poor value for money. I cannot recommend this hotel.

El lugar donde se encuentra el hotel es muy bonito. Camas muy cómodas. Es un gran detalle de que te dejen usar el comedor donde dan los desayunos para que puedas cenar, tienen microondas, tostadora, calentador de agua, infusiones, café, cacao... Todo genial, nos encantó!

The room was very cold because the heating automatically switched off during the night.

The shower floods almost the entire bathroom, and there is no heating in the bathroom either.

The doors are not properly sealed and rattle very loudly whenever neighboring guests close their doors.

The windows cannot be darkened properly, and there is a bright lamp directly outside the window at night.
