Great value for money
Pros:

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location is excellent. Great value for money. The room was small, but that was fine. The staff was excellent!

Cons:

The street the hotel is located on is very busy and it can be loud outside in the evening and in the night. We woke up a couple of times the first night due to noise outside. But we also slept with the window open and we made sure to not leave it open the next night and then we slept great.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville avec un parking gratuit à proximité immédiate. Literie très confortable, petit déjeuner très complet et qualitatif.

Cons:

Attention : pas de clim dans la chambre « classique » ce qui peut être complexe en cas de chaleur car la fenêtre est très petite.

The Centrum is a comfortable clean hotel right in the center of Akureyi.
Pros:

The room was surprisingly spacious, and we loved being able to walk out the door right into the heart of Akureyri.

Cons:

Nothing. We had a lovely stay.

Decent in a great spot for exploring the city
Pros:

The location was perfect. The restaurant was expensive and food was good.

Cons:

The rooms were very small. The hotel was not very accommodating. There was no option to have 2 twin beds but it was advertised as double or twin room. The shower was terrible so small, everything in there gets soaking wet. Very dark in the bathroom as well. The bed is closed in on all 3 sides in the double room.

Pros:

Posizione centrale nella citta. Letto comodo.

Cons:

Camera molto piccola, non era presente neanche uno spazio per aprire la valigia. Non erano presenti neanche due sedie ma solo una sulla quale potersi appoggiare.
Le tende non coprivano la luce. Il bagno era piccolo e buio, le luci insufficienti a garantire una corretta illuminazione.
