Pleasant settings
Pros:

The open grounds, the very spacoius rooms with high ceilings and large beds as I'm tall. The setting among trees with ample free parking.

Cons:

Lack of water pressurre in both rooms 1 and 2 so showering was not what I expected.

Great stay at this hidden gem
Pros:

Excellent hotel just a short drive away from our favourite beach location (Gorleston) Room was clean and comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The grounds are perfect for walking the pooch and he enjoyed it too.
Breakfast was great and such good value for money.
Honestly there would be no complaints if you guys increased your room rates as £83 for a night’s stay with a dog and a fabulous breakfast is more than competitive.
£100 would still be a bargain for what you guys offer here.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike it was just perfect

Really good location for exploring Lowerstoft and Oulton Broads and nearby coastal areas. Really friendly staff, clean room and comfy beds, lovely breakfast full English with yogurts and cereals offered too.

Cons:

Only slight downside was the shower pressure but was fine for a night

Great family-run hotel, excellent value, highly recommended.
Pros:

A large ground floor bedroom with french window leading straight into the garden was perfect. A good sized bathroom with a bath (shower in the bath), good water pressure and up to date fittings, all spotless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. Large grass areas for walking dog first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Delicious cooked breakfast and all great value.
Lovely beach at Great Yarmouth (dogs allowed throughout Summer) and excellent beach café. Very good facilities and places to visit. The Swan at Barnby (Beccles) was excellent for our evening meal.
