Very happy with my stay, service and food .
Pros:

The excellent staff, everyone is extremely polite, helpful,attentive, caring and very professional. Bedrooms are clean a d comfortable as I’ve stayed there many times.
The Food is absolutely delicious, especially the Sunday roast..

Pros:

Staff at hotel reception very welcoming and friendly. Bar & waiting staff also helpful & friendly. Nice large shower cubicle.

Cons:

Bit of road noise at front , room 40 curtains not closing or hanging properly.

Nice hotel, way too warm in the room
Pros:

The pool was great and the location was great too, room was clean

Cons:

There was no aircon and the window didn’t open leaving me with just a fan. I had to use a wet towel all night to keep myself from over heating. Room was so warm that even the bed felt like it had a heated blanket installed when I first got in.i think further care should be taken by the hotel to ensure rooms are as cool as possible in the summer months including different sheets, more fans, windows that can open or aircon

Pros:

Property was nice, but rooms had mould, cracked walls, ceiling and dead flies in the bathroom

Cons:

The smell in the dining area, smelt like overcooked oil, the lift was not working and the rooms were not great

Great hotel with fantastic facilities.
Pros:

Everything was excellent! Friendly staff, spacious and spotless room, very comfortable bed, fantastic spa and gym facilities. Very good with children too. Great locstion too with Slick City, the cinema & restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Just completing the paper document upon booking in when you already have those details on-line and everything else like entry to the spa is electronic.

Cons:

No air conditioning however this is England and we are unused to such hot temperatures. We were supplied with a fan though so the hotel did all they could. Also, no sockets by the bed but several in random places!
