Best hotel and customer service
Pros:

I really like everything. The place and ambience are really outstanding. But what really stands out is the exceptional service they provide. They really looked after us well. All staff were very courteous and smiling all the time. I give them 10 out of 10.

It was super !
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent! I also love that personalized welcome greetings in the room . Housekeeping staff are very polite . Actually all the staff are polite and friendly.

Short but quite nice visit
Pros:

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Clean room. Nearby restaurants and other facilities. Easy to understand instructions and directions.

Cons:

Initially parking was a bit difficult but was fine afterwards. The shower didn't seem to drain properly (water didn't gravity towards the drain). The pool was unfortunately under maintenance/cleaning.

Grande chambre. Lit confortable. Bon café au rez-de-chaussée

Cons:

Le lavabo se trouve dans la chambre, juste séparé par des claustrats. Localisation un peu excentrée.

Disappointing Bicol Express for the Price
Pros:

If you’re specifically craving Bicol Express, this is definitely not the place I’d recommend. The dish was underwhelming in both flavor and overall quality, especially considering the price being charged.

What makes it more disappointing is that you can find far better Bicol Express experiences around town for a much more reasonable price. For a dish that’s supposed to showcase the bold, rich, spicy flavors Bicol is known for, I expected considerably more.

The price simply doesn’t feel justified by what was served. If you’re staying at Marison Hotel and want to try Bicol Express, I’d honestly suggest exploring local restaurants in town instead.

Unpleasant suprises
Pros:

Awful…There was an u expected security deposit that was never mentioned before I made the booking. since i paid through my international bank it takes time for the refund to be processed. You cannot check into the room you have alreasy paid unless u pay large security deposit
