Pros:

Room size is good staff is very polite and helpful,the food is excellent 👍🏻

Cons:

towels and toiletries needs a lot of improvement, towels were dirty and had stains on them, hotel really needs to work on it

JUST BECAUSE OF A MARRIAGE PARTY WE WERE LITERALLY FORCED TO LEAVE THE ROOMS AT 10 O CLOCK SHARP .
Pros:

NO BREAKFAST WAS GIVEN TO US INSPITE THE SAME WAS ATTACHED WITH OUR BOOKING, DUE TO AN ONGOING MARRIAGE PARTY. KEPT US WAITING IN THE RESTAURANT BOTH DURING DINNER AND BREAKFAST FOR HOURS WITHOUT GIVING FOOD OR PROPER ATTENDANCE AND INSPITE OF MAKING DUE PAYMENTS FOR THE SAME.

Cons:

THE BED LINENS WERE SPOILED AND MARK OF BLOOD. NO PROPER TOILETERIES WERE GIVEN. ALL CURTAINS, BEDSHEETS AND FURNITURE WERE ABSOLUTELY SHABBY INCLUDING A VERY STUFFY TOILET. CHOICE OF NON VEG ITEMS WERE VERY LIMITED AND NOT THAT TASTY TOO.
