Way over-priced for the quality of the hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was superb. Within easy reach of everything in central Split.

Cons:

The hotel has no facilities like a bar, anywhere nice to sit and relax, no restaurant and you pay if you want breakfast elsewhere. Reception staff disappeared at 4pm. They leave a phone number if you need to contact them but do not answer the phone so if you need help there is literally nobody there. Security is shocking. I won’t give out the detail on here about that. The bedroom was shoddy. Cheap curtains that weren’t fitted well, really old towels and bed linen that I wouldn’t use for my dog. No milk for coffee/tea just an expensive mini bar so you don’t even get given a bottle of water for your room. This place is way over-priced for the quality of the hotel and I was really disappointed with the experience.

fantastic centralised location
Pros:

the location right in the middle of Split was superb. We had a family room in the attic floor that was perfect for us 2 parents and 2 adult daughters. Hotel is not the largest - it occupies the top 2 floors of the building - there are 2 other hotels on floor 1 and 2

Great location, large stylish room and bathroom.
Pros:

Great central position overlooking the central square. Large beautifully decorated room with beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable.

Pros:

The location is superb and the room was large and clean! We had a nice quick stay at the hotel and the receptionist Martina was extraordinary! So helpful and friendly, and our daughter liked her very much too - such a treasure with a bright smile to greet us!

Cons:

All in all we really enjoyed the hotel room and the great location. Another staff member was very rude to the receptionist, while she (the receptionist) was helping us. I felt bad for the receptionist who still managed to handle the situation in an elegant and polite way.

Good have been cleaner; stained toilet, mould in shower and sink plug stuck closed. Should include free water bottles.

Pros:

Cons:

No hot water on our last day. Whole building was out. TV didn't work the entire time we were there, even though we asked for it to be fixed. We asked for financial compensation For the issue of no hot water and was told I would hear back, i've sent emails and have heard nothing.

We loved our stay apart from the lack of hot water.

We loved the location, the view, the size and comfort of the room and the bathroom and the helpfulness of the staff.

Cons:

We were disappointed to learn on arrival that no breakfast was available and we were very upset that there was no hot water for the last 2 days of our stay.
