Perfect location and rooms

Fantastic location! Our son had a deluxe room facing the People’s Square and views of the old palace walls, with the mountains in the background. What a wonderful view. The friendly staff are always on hand if any help is needed.

Perfect location and beautiful large rooms.
Pros:

Location couldn’t be better for the Old Town and only a 2 min walk to Riva and to just outside the walls to be dropped by a taxi.
All rooms are very large, clean and elegant.
Easy to check in and get in and out of the hotel.
Very secure

Cons:

The reception desk is only manned from 7am - 10pm and there is no lounge or communal area. Felt a little bit like apartments.
