Das Restaurant war wie bei allen früheren Besuchen sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Chalet war eine Täuschung im juristischen Sinn. Die Aufnahme entsprach nicht im entfertesten der Realität. Die Realität, eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung auf zwei Etagen, wobei die Treppe gefährlich steil ist.. Den Koffer konnten wir nicht ins Zimmerchen (ohne Fenster) bringen!!!!!! Eine Reklamation vor Ort, "es ist halt so" ...... Kilpisjärvi immer wieder, doch nie mehr "Santa's"

Hyvä majoitus upeassa maisemassa.
Pros:

Majoitus oli pääsääntöisesti hyvä ja henkilökunta erittäin palvelualtista ja ystävällistä. Erityisesti nuorempi miestarjoilija ravintolassa oli todella alansa huippu ammattilainen.

Huoneiston sauna oli likainen ja haisi pahalle.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Panorama-Fenster. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut und auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir haben auch am Abend im Hotel gegessen und auch da war das Essen sehr gut. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Very good and comfortable hotel with great breakfast and friendly staff. Location is perfect for taking walks in the nature or doing shopping at Kilpishalli. Would love to stay here again.
