Our stay was pleasant. We would definitely return.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff went the extra mile. Very nice!

Cons:

A/C window unit was noisy. We turned it off. The room remained cool.

Room not comfortable, too small and window air conditioner did not cool the room and was very loud.

The location was close to everything and very convenient to be in the center of all shops and restaurants

Cons:

The room was extremely small. There were two of us with two luggages and had no room to walk around. We had to step over our luggage. Felt very claustrophobic. The air wasn't that great. It was a window air conditioner and it got really warm in the room. It was hard to cool and was very loud. Couldn't sleep at night with it being so loud. There is no elevator, so me and my daughter had to go down a flight of stairs with heavy luggage. No help was provided. Staff is not friendly. Definitely not worth the money we paid, was overpriced for such a small room. Was very disappointed.

Wonderful as always
Pros:

We always try to stay at Hotel Pippa when we're on the island. Heather always puts a smile on our face. She's a love. All the staff is great, as well. Very clean.

Always a great stay at Hotel Pippa
Pros:

Hotel Pippa is always a go-to when visiting the island for work. It's always very clean, location couldn't be more convenient and the staff is always great. Shout out to Heather who always makes our stay when we see her. Everyone is so welcoming.

Cons:

My room was really small. I kept running into the bed and I cut my leg on the corner of the bed. Kind of hard to get around out of the bed.

Great place to stay on Nantucket. Would stay again.
Pros:

LOcation was excellent. Staff was amazing, really amazing. The breakfast was great. Outdoor space was a great bonus.

Cons:

I did not like the detached bathroom however providing robes and slippers was greatly appreciated.

Pros:

The room on your website was the not the room we received your picture showed a blue sofa we did not get that room she said that was an upgrade . The bathroom was across the hall no counter space had to work off toilet seat😕. Breakfast & staff were great . They don’t know how to make drinks.
