Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel dat erg flexibel is en echt de “extra mile” wil gaan.

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker — zelfs het beste ontbijt dat we tot nu toe in Sri Lanka hebben gehad!

Je kunt hier ook ’s avonds eten en ook dat was erg lekker. Bovendien heb je vanuit het restaurant een prachtig uitzicht over de stad.

De kamer was zeer proper en de bedden waren comfortabel.

We hebben hier ook onze was laten doen. Dit was wat duurder (6.500 LKR voor 4,5 kg), maar alles werd netjes gewassen, gedroogd en opgevouwen. Alles was volledig in orde. We hadden vooraf verhalen gehoord over wasserettes waar kleding beschadigd raakt, dus voor ons was deze iets hogere prijs zeker geen probleem.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets waar we aan kunnen denken. Eventueel de prijs/kg was vooraf communiceren.
We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad!

nice stay close to city centre
Pros:

the interior was nice, beautiful decorations. the beds are good and the sheets very soft. the shower was great, strong and warm. very friendly staff and really nice breakfast

We had a fantastic stay at Blue Pillars Kandy. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The food was absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed having meals at the rooftop restaurant with its beautiful view over the city. The hotel itself is very cozy, quiet, and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect place to relax.

The staff also organized a wonderful one-day tour around Kandy for us, which was a great experience and made our visit even more enjoyable.

We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend Blue Pillars Kandy to anyone visiting the city. We would be happy to stay here again!

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Struttura a 15 minuti di cammino dal centro città, in una posizione amena con spettacolare vista. Grande disponibilità da parte dello staff, cortesia e gentilezza. Ottima la colazione, consiglio anche di cenare. Un enorme grazie a Wasanti, che con discrezione ed empatia ha saputo regalarci bei momenti e consigliarci laddove necessario.

Lovely homestay with beautiful gardens. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. Nice verandah to relax on outside room. Cindy bed good bathroom and finally !!! Hot water yay

The staff were so friendly and the rooms were beautiful. The location is perfect to the city and is like its own oasis.

Cons:

Very minor but the bins weren’t changed in the rooms which were quite full by the end of our stay, but like I say very very small detail.
