A fantastic hotel in the middle of the city - a great location to explore all the major sights.
Pros:

This hotel was an awesome find! The breakfast was unexpectedly good, they have a small buffet selection and a separate menu to choose from and each dish was delicious. They were also more than happy to accommodate any amendments too for our children. Returning to Kaohsiung after 20yrs, I didn't know where was best to stay as I was bringing my young family but this is in a central location with the metro, night markets, light rail and department stores all nearby. It was super clean with great water pressure in the shower and very comfortably accommodated our family of four in the deluxe quad room. The children particularly enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the reception area throughout the day with ice-cream at breakfast time being their favourite! Our stay was such an easygoing experience with our young children that we extended our reservation an extra night and I'd definitely book there again next time.

飯店位置非常好，我們帶著兩對父母一起入住，長輩都對飯店位置以及食物非常滿意，剛好住宿的兩天高雄都下大雨，在飯店裡面吃吃喝喝不用出去覓食非常快樂🤣
Pros:

食物好吃，而且供應時間蠻長的，下午茶跟宵夜吧的食物都很精緻好吃，有鹹又有甜，下午茶甚至還有金牌啤酒喝到飽🤣
離捷運站超級近。早餐份量很多，除了主餐之外，還有輕食吧。飯店用的茶是TWG，我很喜歡很好喝～
酒吧的調酒也都非常好喝，推薦一定要去試試看，有台灣調酒冠軍的聯名款！

入住體驗令人失望。Booking一晚 3,600 元的房價，換來的卻是一整晚無法好好休息。

入住時被安排到樓上是酒吧、早上又有餐廳營業的房型，但訂房及入住時完全沒有事先告知。半夜先是被樓上拖動桌椅的聲音驚醒，接著又有水管持續發出吱吱聲，隔壁房的開關門聲也非常明顯，隔音品質極差。好不容易熬到早上，餐廳開始營業後又繼續受到噪音影響。

隔天向服務人員反映後，得到的回覆是「昨天只剩最後一間房，要再跟餐廳反應」。坦白說，餐廳正常營業並沒有錯，問題在於飯店的房型安排、隔音品質以及是否事先告知住客，這些都是飯店內部管理該負責的事，而不是把問題推給餐廳。

只剩最後一間房，不代表住客沒有知情權。若能事先告知房間位於酒吧下方、早上會有餐廳營業聲響，至少住客還有選擇是否入住的權利，而不是花了 3,600 元，才發現自己買到的是一整晚無法安睡的房間。
