Pros:

Where to begin?!
This is my 2nd stay in this hotel as I visit Sarajevo regularly. It is by far my favourite hotel that I've ever stayed in. Its more like 5 star than 4 star. The staff are beautiful. Expect lots of free treats in reception like forerro rocher and beautiful Bosnian cookies, the smell of fresh flowers and the warmest reception.
The room was outstanding. It is huge and in the bathroom you even have free make up remover pads, baby wipes, toilet spray not to mention L'occitane shampoo, hand wash and body wash.
There is a fridge too and mini bar which is very reasonably priced. My room had a balcony which was perfect for drinking coffee and reading a book. WiFi strong.
The breakfast was incredible. Honestly, you have so much choice of fresh fruit, beautiful salads and other home made food, cooked foods, breads, numerous teas, sweets, pastries, fresh fruit juice and excellent coffee...and you can have as much as you want!
Whoever is behind the design of this hotel must have a big heart and care a lot about their guests, it shows the second you walk in.
I was sad to leave, but I'll be back 🩷💚💛

Fantastische plek voor bezoek aan Sarajevo!
Pros:

De locatie, de kamer en het grote terras bij onze kamer waren fantastisch. Het ontbijt was meer dan goed! Alles super vers, veel keus en lekker. Parkeren kon op het dak en je liep in ongeveer 10 minuten naar het voetgangersdeel. Allemaal extraatjes op de kamer van hygiënische doekjes tot badzout, heerlijke producten van l’occitaine en koekjes.

Cons:

Mocht iets meer verlichting zijn op de kamer. In de grote stalamp zat geen peer en klein lampje nachtkastje werkte niet.

Excellent and well done
Pros:

Everything was very good and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The standard was excellent, and the breakfast was very good, especially the fresh orange juice made from freshly squeezed oranges. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Pros:

Very clean hotel with extremely helpful and cooperative staff. The food was varied and satisfying. The welcome amenities placed in the room were a lovely touch. The hotel was very quiet, and the location is close to the old city.

Cons:

The only downside was that parking was a bit difficult.

Czysty i wygodny hotel bardzo blisko centrum i atrakcji. Dostępny bezpieczny parking wewnętrzny, gdzie spokojnie można zostawić motocykl. Pokoje od strony ulicy narażone na na hałas

Overall good stay, but quite expensive for Sarajevo

Cons:

The curtains in the room don't reach end to end. Lot's of light in the room in the morning. And on the other side of the road there's a regular apartment building bout 5-6m away from your window. Zero privacy.
The parking is very tight for larger vehicles.

Pros:

Das Haus liegt im "Diplomatenviertel", allerdings noch im dicht verbauten Gebiet. Der hoteleigene Parkplatz (gratis) ist notwendig, da man auf der Straße nicht parken kann. Das Haus im Stil eines Boutique-Hotels hinterlässt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. In die Altstadt ist es doch eine gewisse Gehstrecke, die Straßenbahn ist aufgrund ihrer Linienführung (Hin- und Rückfahrt in anderen Straßen) nicht wirklich nutzbar.
