So much potential sadly wasted.
Pros:

Great location. Clean sheets and towels. Room is a bit dated.

Cons:

I booked a “lakeside” room. Well the room was on the lake side but there was no lake view. I found that misleading. Our first night there we had insuffient hot water. They were able to fix it the next day. On our second morning there we were awakened by Jack hammering shortly after 7 am. When I called to complain, they lied and said it was the property next door. When I called back again, a different person answered and said it would stop. While the Jack hammering stopped, the workers continued with making noise.

We were also told that at breakfast we could go to the buffet or order from the menu. There was no menu only a buffet.

Pros:

Výborna poloha v peknom prostredí, milý personal od recepcie až po čašníkov. Strava pestrá a chutná. Parkovanie zdarma pri hotely.

Cons:

Chyba odhlucnenie kúpeľne. Bolo počuť splachovanie záchodov a spúšťanie vody asi na celej stúpačke.

On choisit cet hôtel pour son emplacement, sans plus!
Pros:

Sa situation géographique juste à l’entrée 2 du Parc Plitvice.
La petite piscine à remous et les saunas étaient très agréables après une journée passée au parc.

Cons:

Son rapport qualité-prix!
Hôtel qui serait dû pour des rénovations…Salle de bain d’une autre époque en céramique rose dont plusieurs cassées …
Chambre peu insonorisée.
Mais, surtout, j’ai trouvé des fourmis sur le plancher de la salle de bain ainsi que sur le bureau de la chambre!!!!

Besseres Frühstück / hier findet Massentourismus statt… / kein Hundefreundliches Hotel … die Hunde sind nur im Zimmer und im öffentlichen Bereich gestattet , weder beim Frühstück noch im Restaurant….

Staff were very good. View from our room was great. Access to the lake and walking trails was great.

Cons:

The hotel is a little tired and needs an update.
We were also overwhelmed by tourist buses that drowned the hotel at meal times and reception etc…
