Fabulous park, but hotel needs improvements
Pros:

Location. Easy access to the National Park

Cons:

Building felt in need of refurbishment. No kettle / cups / tea / coffee / bottled water in room.

It Served a purpose, but wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The room was just ok, but it was clean. The breakfast is good. The downfall is the staff not alerting guests that the pool was, is and will be closed for a while. Also, they failed to alert us that the park was hacked and none of the local stores are open. We had to drive into another town, 20 minutes away to purchase items we would have purchased from local markets. Would have been nice to know such things prior to arrival.

Questa non è una mancanza dell' albergo, ma non è possibile che tutte le strutture di accoglienza del parco siano chiuse l'ultima settimana di giugno

Einfach nur Abzocke!
Pros:

Personal hat alles gemacht, was möglich war. Zimmer war groß weil kein Balkon dabei war. Die Nähe zum Park ist super.

Zimmer hatte eine maximale Höhe von ca. 2 Meter hinunter auf 1,75!
In der Badewanne war es daher nicht möglich zu duschen, da man mit dem Kopf an der Decke angestanden ist und kein Duschvorhang oder dergleichen vorhanden war.
Klima war in Bau, funktionierte aber nicht in allen Zimmern. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet hört man die Kühlgeräte die ganze Nacht. Dafür war zwischen Fenster und Wand ein Loch.
Pool war geschlossen, es fand aber keiner es wert uns das zu sagen. Erst wo wir im verschlossenem Bereich waren erfuhren wir es.
Aperolspritzer kostete 9,- Euro in der Bar. In der Karte steht 1 cl Soda, 4 cl Aperol und 0,1 cl. Schaumwein, schon mal sehr wenig. Der Kellner wurde auch noch von Oben angewiesen nur 5 cl (statt 10) vom Schaumwein zu nehmen - Abzocke!
Frühstück ist das Letzte. Nur Fertigprodukte und Dosenfrüchte, latschertes Gebäck, Wurst war vom lagern schon zweifärbig. Rührei ständig leer, auch aus dem Tetrapack. Kaffee war Instant und die Shoko-Milch hat nie eine Milch gesehen. Orangensaft rinnt die halbe Zeit nur Wasser und schmeckt nur künstlich und nicht nach Saft.

Plitvice is beautiful & so is the property.
Pros:

Location , very close to entrance 2 .
Also their facility of pick up & drop off.
Good guidance by helpful staff

Cons:

Rates are too high for the rooms.
No hot water kettle even when requested.
In my extensive travel experiences worldwide, NEVER EVER had seen a long queue to get in the breakfast room ,especially when you are in a hurry to get to the national park for the allotted time slot.
The property should have their breakfast timings starting from 6.30 am ,knowing very well that the park timings starts as early as 7.30 am.

The location was perfect, once we parked our vehicle everything was was accessible.
Short walk to #1 entrance, hotel provided shuttle to Luka Kuća restaurant which was great.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
