Pros:

Disfrutamos de la estancia en este hotel el año pasado, y nos gustó tanto que hemos repetido este. Lo mejor del hotel son las preciosas instalaciones y la tranquilidad y silencio que se respira en el ambiente. Ideal para desconectar. Tienen muchas comodidades como un mini market en la piscina, cocina en las habitaciones y un gran parking.

Cons:

Durante nuestra estancia nos ha pasado varios días que saliendo a las 10am e indicando el cartel de que se podía hacer la habitación, hemos llegado a las 14pm y seguía sin hacer. En dos ocasiones el personal de limpieza a sugerido que saliésemos de la habitación porque justamente iban a hacerla cuando hemos llegado. Cuando vuelves de estar toda la mañana fuera, no es algo agradable.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, jedoch sollte das Hotel nach und nach modernisiert werden, um den 4-Sterne-Standard auf
Pros:

Vor dem Hotel gibt es zahlreiche kostenlose Parkplätze.
Das Hotel verfügt über drei Pools, wodurch sich die Gäste verteilen konnten. Zudem standen zu jeder Zeit viele freie Liegen zur Auswahl.
Ein älterer Mann von der Rezeption konnte Deutsch.

Very relaxing hotel 😎
Pros:

Amazingly relaxed hotel, staff are brilliant and we will definitely be returning next year. A special mention to trainee Maria, and Valeria who helped us immensely when we had to make a hospital visit !

Pros:

Muy grata sorpresa. Un lugar perfecto para desconectar con muy buena y variada comida en el todo incluido y un trato espectacular del personal del hotel que en todo momento te facilitan la estancia y te hacen sentir como en casa. Magnífica experiencia muy recomendable. Repetiremos sin duda.

Mixed Experience Overall
Pros:

We stayed in a practical, modern apartment in the main building and had no issues with the room at all. Great layout: a spacious bathroom, separate bedroom, comfortable living area and a small kitchen with a sink, microwave, hob and a working fridge.

We only booked breakfast, which offered a decent selection but nothing memorable. Unfortunately, many guests seemed unfamiliar with basic manners and often jumped the queue. One important note: there is no bottled water provided in the room, not even on arrival. The only place to buy it is the small shop downstairs, which closes at 7pm. After that, you’re told to walk outside and find somewhere else. Reception wouldn’t offer any complimentary water, only after firm insistence were we given some from the bar. For a hotel advertised as 4‑star, a simple water gesture, or at least a paid vending machine in reception, would make a big difference.

By 7am most sunloungers were already “reserved” with towels but no guests in sight. On the positive side, the gym is well equipped and the free daily fitness classes are excellent. The location is convenient, and there’s a large car park right in front of the hotel with plenty of free spaces.

Overall, the hotel itself is OK, but some staff attitudes and certain guests really let the experience down.

è stato tutto molto bello, camera pulita, cambio asciugamani ogni giorno, staff gentilissimo e sempre sorridenti. Colazione a buffet molto abbondante e vario tra dolce e salato. Tre piscine molto belle, grandi e pulite.

Pros:

Perfecto. Buffet espectacular (tanto desayuno como cena), instalaciones bonitas, limpias y cuidadas. Zona de piscinas tranquila con hamacas para todo el mundo. Habitación grande y con un balcón bonito. En resumen, pasamos unos días estupendos y estamos encantados de haber elegido el Sunprime para nuestras vacaciones.

Cons:

Las camas son reguleras y el personal es muy amable pero se dirigen a ti en inglés de primeras. Y aunque entendemos que la mayoría de los huéspedes son extranjeros, no hay que olvidar que estamos en España y uno parece que se siente extranjero también.

Relax, desconexión y confianza total para unos días de descanso absoluto.
Pros:

El trato nada más llegar me pareció genial. Las instalaciones son muy chulas y un 10 para el servicio, tanto para el de recepción como para el de servicio en el restaurante. Me sentí como en casa. Especial mención a Jose, de recepción y a Rita, camarera del restaurante que me trató de forma excepcional.

Cons:

Quizás deberían mejorar el sistema de entrada a las habitaciones, ya que está un poco deteriorado. La tv podría ser un poco más grande y los colchones estaría bien que fueran un poco más cómodos.
