Hôtel magnifique, l’accueil un peu moins
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, moderne, élégant et joliment décoré. Chambre agréable et fonctionnelle, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, et excellent restaurant rooftop, avec une cuisine savoureuse et des prix très raisonnables. Seul bémol côté ambiance : le même musicien chaque jour, avec une musique assez soporifique.

Cons:

L’accueil n’est malheureusement pas à la hauteur d’un 4*. Durant nos deux semaines de séjour, l’accueil du personnel était froid : bonjour sans réponse, regards détournés pour éviter le contact… La barrière de la langue ou les différences culturelles peuvent expliquer certaines choses, mais un sourire reste universel.

De plus, après 14 nuits passés à l’hôtel, nous avons dû annuler la dernière nuit et n’avons eu aucune ouverture pour un geste commercial, même symbolique (réduction au restaurant ou au bar). Les frais d’annulation de 100% ont juste été appliquées. C’est dommage, car l’hôtel a vraiment beaucoup d’atouts, mais l’attitude du personnel laisse une impression mitigée.

A fost un sejur excelent!
Pros:

Are un aspect foarte placut, o gradina aranjata si ingrijita, camere spatioase si curate, servicii foarte bune. Are piscina foarte aproape de plaja.

Meget bra hotell
Pros:

Veldig fint, rent og ordentlig. Fikk nye håndklær flere ganger om dagen ved behov, egne håndklær på privat strand. Hyggelig personalet og har alt du trenger.

Cons:

Treningsrommet var veldig lite og slitent.

My stay was great here and I would come back again .
Pros:

I like the hotel style, the spa is amazing wiht great massage, the people which I am the staff is amazing.

Cons:

I did not like the room are little bit small for the price.
