Ik vond dit verblijf persoonlijk te duur ten opzichte van hetgeen het waard is in mijn ogen. Zeer kleine kamer, wel met mooi terras en met prachtig zicht op zee. Voor deze prijs verwacht je gewoon iets meer.

Cons:

De te kleine kamer was het grootste minpunt.

We absolutely loved our stay, wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was attentive and very professional. Excellent location, access to a private beach, and a wide range of amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, wellness center, etc.)
The breakfasts were varied and delicious.
The room was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, including Room service.

Cons:

The mattress could be more comfy and the gym seems Abandoned and would need some love

Quite good.
Pros:

One of the better hotels in the Boka Bay, with all the facilities available, its own outside pool and beach.

Cons:

There is no mini bar, and it’s forbidden to use facilities if you arrive earlier. Guests cannot influence flight schedule, and being 6 hours before check in, without possibility to use pool or beach seems quite excessive.

Pros:

The hotel is great, with good facilites and direct access to the sea. The restaurant at the top floor is superb.

Cons:

Even though there is a security presence in the parking lot, that security is questionable.
I left my prescription glasses on top of my motorcycle for just a few moments, and they disappeared.
After reporting it to the security guard and also to the reception staff, I didn't see much effort made to try to locate them.

We enjoyed our short stay really much, the personal was always nice and very helpful, the place is beautiful and the view simply amazing

Cons:

Maybe the hairdryer which was very weak and couldn't dry my hair with, and the fridge was also weak and couldn't hold on fresh water

Muss nicht wieder sein.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Es gab eine gute Auswahl, besonders für Menschen, die gerne gesund frühstücken und nicht schon am frühen Morgen Speck oder andere schwere Speisen essen möchten.

Cons:

**Zimmeraussicht:** Obwohl ich ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht hatte, konnte ich das Meer kaum sehen. Mir wurde erklärt, dass sich die günstigeren Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken mit der besseren Aussicht befinden, während die teureren Zimmer in den unteren Etagen liegen. Das fand ich ehrlich gesagt etwas seltsam und nicht ganz nachvollziehbar.

**Service:** Die Art mancher Mitarbeiter empfand ich als eher rau und wenig herzlich. Teilweise wirkte der Umgangston auf mich recht ruppig und wenig herzlich. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, wurde mir erklärt, dass dies mit der dort üblichen Balkanischen Mentalität beziehungsweise Kommunikationsweise zusammenhängen könne. Ob das tatsächlich so ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen – ich kann lediglich sagen, dass ich mir teilweise insgesamt einen freundlicheren und aufmerksameren Umgang mit den Gästen gewünscht hätte. Aufgepasst bei Zusatz-Service von Außen- teilweise Horror Preise. Teurer wie hier im Westen. Immer Angebot geben lassen.
