Pas à la hauteur d’1 établissement 4 étoiles

Sourire et gentillesse du monsieur qui s’occupait de nous au petit dej.
Possibilité de prendre le petit dej en terrasse

Cons:

Volet roulant cassé à notre arrivée. La personne de l’accueil nous a dit qu’un technicien passerait le réparer le lendemain car l’hôtel était soit disant complet (je ne pense pas) et qu’il n’était pas possible qu’on ait une autre chambre. Le volet est resté cassé pendant les 4 nuits. Aucun technicien n’est passé et la personne de l’accueil baissait les yeux quand il nous voyait. On est pourtant hyper cool. Bref courage fuyons.
Le jour se lève tôt à l’est mi juin🤨🤨🤨, c’est pas terrible si on souhaite dormir le matin. Par ailleurs 1 frigo dans la chambre mais pas en marche, on a jamais trouvé la prise et on ne voulait pas l’abîmer en le déplaçant ou en le levant de sa niche
Petit dej très moyen. Il manque des produits, il faut réclamer

Personal nicht proaktiv, aber auf Nachfrage zumindest bereit; Bilder des Hotels haben kaum was mit aktuellem Zustand zu tun (sehr in die Jahre gekommen); Frühstück; alles in allem nicht, was man bei 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet

Etwas ab vom Schuss Frühstücksbuffet war jetzt nicht besonders aber okay. Beleuchtung im Bad könnte besser sein.

Unser Besuch in Wien im Hotel Eitljörg
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, aber die Qualität und das Angebot hätte durchaus mehr und besser sein können. Das Hotel lag ruhig an einem Park und war sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Was uns aber überhaupt nicht gefiel war wie die Geschäftsführerin uns am Nachmittag nachdem wir wohl oder übel eingecheckt hatten behandelt hat. Nachdem diese merkte das wir über Booking gebucht hatten kippte ein wenig die Stimmung und man schlug uns vor ein anderes Hotel zu suchen und unser gebuchtes Zimmer zu stornieren und das nach einer Anreise von über 1000 km per Auto. Wir sind dennoch geblieben würden aber lügen wenn wir sagen würden wir kommen gern wieder.

Cons:

Bei unserer Anreise haben wir unser gebuchtes Zimmer bekommen und mussten feststellen, dass es nicht das war was wir für unser Geld erwartet haben. Das Zimmer roch nach alt und zwar nach ganz alt, die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte überhaupt nicht, Die Klimaanlage ließ sich aufgrund einer fehlenden Fernbedienung nicht steuern, der Safe im Zimmer war mit Klebeband an diversen Stellen bereits mehrfach repariert worden und machte daher keinen vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck. Nachdem wir dies am Empfang alles reklamiert haben versuchte man uns ein Zimmer in der zum Hotel gehörenden Pension zu vermitteln. Wir nahmen dies an und schauten uns das neue Zimmer gemeinsam an. Hier mussten wir wieder feststellen, dass auch dieses Zimmer erhebliche Mängel hatte. Hier einige Beispiele, der Rauchmelder fehlte, Beleuchtung im Bad über Spiegel defekt, Steuerung der elektrischen Velux Rollladen defekt, Flecken im Teppichboden, Toilettentür machte bei jedem Öffnungs- und Schließvorgang lautstarke Knackgeräusche so das man Angst hatte die Tür (Glastür) zu beschädigen.

Buena opción si estás en auto, y fácil de acceder al aeropuerto.

Fácil acceder con auto, y relativamente cerca del aeropuerto. Estación de servicio cerca para recargar el auto. Parking gratuito
Se accede fácil al centro en bus y metro.
El desayuno me pareció correcto!

Prima uitvalsbasis voor Wenen met de auto!
Pros:

Gratis parkeren, rustig, ruime gerenoveerde kamers, vlak bij bus en metro naar stad Wenen. Prima ontbijt!

Cons:

Vrij warme kamer onder dak en airco afstandsbediening niet in kamer. Bediening op terras in de avond beetje chagrijnig.
