Dirty bedding upon arrival spoken with staff and didn’t get the response of urgency to correct this matter. Was very disappointing and made the trip with a very unhappy girlfriend quite unpleasant.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival. Check in was easy and very efficient. Nothing was too much to ask for.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the lighting in the appartment.

The bed was really comfy and I had a great nights sleep. It was quiet at night.

There were shops close by the hotel and the beach was in walking distance.

I would definitely book this hotel again 100%.

Perfect location comfortable beds nice and clean

Cons:

On arrival, we had problems checking in, as booking.com said we needed photo id, which we all took driving licences
This form of id was not acceptable, so we had to do a 5 hr round trip back to mazzaron to our apartment to fetch passports, so it was not a great start.
Booking.com should update their details and make them clearer.

Amazing staff!! So happy!
Pros:

The staff at the hotel are amazing!! Couldn't do enough to help and so friendly. We have a 13 year old autistic son with us and they would go above and beyond to help and cater for everyone.
Especially a lady 'kirsty' who constantly made you feel welcome. Friendly and made the holiday even more enjoyable!

Cons:

This is the 5th time we've stayed at the hotel and I can't think of anything bad!

We all were so happy with our apartments they were just what we expected very good location,clean spacious, shower was hot he TV had UK new channel good view from the balcony the pool area was very nicely set out and the reception staff were always very friendly and welcoming

Fantastic location, clean apartments.
Pros:

The apartments are in a great location for bars, supermarket, the beach etc and the pool area was very clean, as were the rooms. Staff were super friendly, and always someone available at reception. We had a two bed apartment which had a bigger balcony, which was good and air con in both bedrooms and the living area. Lots of cooking stuff, cups etc.

Cons:

Please note, all just my preference. There was no full length mirror, and only one small mirror in the bathroom which was hard to get ready with 4 people at once. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, just body wash. Although they provided a fresh cloth, sponge and washing up liquid, there was no tea towel so we had to use a hand towel from the bathroom but that’s fine, as reception gave us more but just would be good if it was provided. The second room in the two bed is really small, and only had 3 hangers with hardly any room to put your things.

Excellent, lovely apartment, modern & good Wi-Fi.
