The bed was so comfy had the best weeks sleep.staff were kind friendly and helpful.was very clean too.

Very loud and noisy not worth the money they charge staff could barely speak English and not very helpful so that’s why

Stayed for 5 nights and not once was the room cleaned no fresh towels no bins emptied was not worth the money I paid really disappointed with this place

My boys had fun & that was why i was there! For 2* it was good!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious clean & the shower was great very powerful, pool was great for kids to play my 11 & 9 year old loved it!

Cons:

We had a 2 bed apartment & the noise from traffic in the back bedroom was very loud & people using the toilet was bad very loud all night tbh! Constant dripping of water or water running

Good for the price
Pros:

Central location, get a sunbed most the day, aircon was amazing

Cons:

Didn't have room service even though we should of. New towels regular is kinda needed.

We arrived expecting a twin room but got a double. Only to be told there wasn't any twins so that was disappointing

The location was ok. The english guy on reception is very professional. Great aircon in the room.

Cons:

Very very noisy. Its the 2nd time we have stayed there and was noisy the first time. We really thought it was a one off. It was just noise of balconies and around the pool till 6am every night. I think the staff should have some consideration and maybe just ask them to kerb it a little. The hotel is up a hill but is do-able. Towels on beds before 6am. We know this because we were up all night at our wits end. Not enough sun beds. Probably about 15. No hairdryer. Bathroom had a musty smell when you entered the apartment.

Don’t go to BCL Levante Beach. It’s disgusting.
Pros:

That it was close to the beach. Also I could access the hotel across the street (BCL Levante club & spa)

Cons:

It was absolutely filthy. Sick on the walls. Other people’s belongings in the fridge/bedroom. Bedding had marks on it. Cutlery was dirty. Doors were filthy. Skirting boards were ALL covered in god knows what. Absolutely appalling!
