EL DESAYUNO PERFECTO
NO HABIA AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN LA HABITACION Y HACIA MUCHA CALOR
Ho alloggiato precedentemente ed era andata benissimo, la seconda purtroppo un pò meno, in quanto la stanza è risultata priva di aria condizionata e all'arrivo era molto caldo come tutta la notte, ora visto che la prima volta la stanza ne era provvista ho dato per scontato che ne fosse provvista anche la seconda, forse sarebbe necessario specificare a caratteri cubitali che non tutte sono climatizzate............ non sarei tornato, mi dispiace ma bisogna essere obiettivi!
Hotel in pieno centro. Parcheggio moto e auto in garage chiuso davanti la struttura. Camera e bagno puliti e ampi. No aria condizionata ma ventilatore. La camera era comunque fresca. Buona colazione dolce e salata.

Que permetin als clients posar vídeos al mòbil al restaurant, el silenci del qual només es veia alterat per la mala educació d'un senyor al que no van cridar l'atenció

La cama era muy cómoda, el baño muy amplio, el servicio súper atento y el desayuno muy completo. Ubicación perfecta!
La decoración de las habitaciones es muy antigua. No tienen aire acondicionado, pero sí un ventilador muy silencioso que funciona perfectamente.

L'atenció al detall que tant costa de trobar (xocolatina a la tauleta de nit, atenció personalitzada a l'esmorzar, font d'aigua freda, sala de jocs acollidora, flors i decoració cuidada...), la familiaritat de la Gemma i el seu equip que ens ha fet sentir com a casa, la neteja de les habitacions impolutes (mantenen un estil clàssic bonic i molt cuidat, on tot funciona i és agradable), la qualitat del menjar en l'esmorzar (qualitat dels productes i varietat, per sobre de voler tenir molta quantitat però de menys qualitat). Tenim un apartament familiar a la zona, però segur que tornem perquè ens hem sentit molt tranquils, a gust i cuidats. Moltes gràcies!
