Я заселилась поздно вечером. На ресепшене уже никого не было, хотя указано, что он работает до 24:00. В данном случае это была моя ошибка: я заранее не сообщила о времени своего приезда. Как выяснилось, об этом обязательно нужно предупреждать. Благодаря человеку, который уже проживал в гостинице, я смогла попасть внутрь. Он позвонил сотруднице, и она по телефону объяснила мне, как найти и открыть мой номер. Этот момент стоит учитывать будущим гостям. При этом никаких претензий к отелю по поводу заселения у меня нет.

Перед поездкой я читала, что в номере есть чайник, однако не нашла ни чайника, ни даже бутылки воды. После позднего перелета очень хотелось хотя бы выпить чашку чая.

Мне достался номер с несколькими кроватями. Постельное белье было чистым, но матрасы уже сильно продавлены и явно нуждаются в замене. Кондиционер работал исправно.

Больше всего расстроило состояние мебели. Диван был очень грязным, создавалось впечатление, что его давно никто не чистил. Пуфик рядом с диваном также был сильно загрязнен. Полы были чистыми, но мягкая мебель выглядела крайне неухоженной.

Честно говоря, за 43 евро за одну ночь я ожидала совсем другого уровня. Я также ориентировалась на рейтинг отеля 7,8, поэтому мои ожидания были значительно выше. К сожалению, реальность им совершенно не соответствовала.

На мой взгляд, было бы неплохо хотя бы предлагать гостям бутылку воды, даже если она продается за дополнительную плату. После позднего приезда это была бы очень полезная мелочь.

Что касается расположения, многие пишут, что оно отличное, но у меня сложилось другое впечатление. Территория вокруг отеля производит неблагоприятное впечатление.

В целом, если не учитывать ситуацию с поздним заселением, за которую я сама несу ответственность, проживание, к сожалению, не оправдало моих ожиданий.

Досить чисто,

Cons:

В оголошенні не зазначено, що персонал піде додому і ви чайник не отримаєте до 9 години ранку. З відкритим вікном спати неможливо (дуже гучно), а кондиціонер дує прямо на ліжко(((, трохи плісняви на душовій кабіні.
