A good central location for a Llandudno stay
Pros:

The staff were good, especially Richard you welcomed me. The location is great for Llandudno. Parking was good - 100m behind the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

My room was a little cramped and too much furniture.

Very proffesssional hotel, with high standards.
Pros:

The property was very elegant. The room was large and the finish of the room immaculate. Unfortunately we had to have breakfast in a side room which didn’t have the opulence of the main breakfast dining area. Our accommodation was next door. Which although nice, didn’t feel like you were having the full experience of the hotel in the same way.

Cons:

There was nothing which you could say you didn’t like. The staff were attentive, it was clean, the breakfast was great and it felt grand.

The location is excellent

Cons:

It is in need of a refurb for sure. Tired furnishings. Threadbare carpets & furniture throughout. The cushions on 2 chairs in our room were not fit for use. Really not worth £180 for 1 night stay.

Nostalgically traditional.
Pros:

It took one to an age gone-by when service was dominant. Food was fine quality and well served.

Cons:

Looking rather tired in places. Our shower would not have suited some of the larger guests.

great location ,needs updating
Pros:

good location ,nice breakfast although we where in a room off main dinning area this made getting to and from items toaster needs attention(replacing) room was ok

Cons:

some areas of bedroom (43) needs attention floor uneven in places ,television miles away from bed (only place to sit) water pipe noise level was unacceptable both from room 45 and main pipes area banging hotel was made aware of this .lift needs attention both trip hazard and in appearance (it didn't level with any exit floor level)

I liked the Welsh warmth of the welcome.
The hotel is in an excellent location and is clean throughout.
