We enjoyed our stay. But just a few things need improvement.the hotel is very near to all imenetties the breakfast was E
Cons:

The shower in bedroom was not acceptable you have to get right up to bath taps to get wet in the shower and was not hot .in the bedroom the rug on the floor had curled up edges and was a trip hazard. We tried to book an evening meal but was told they had no vacancy for evening meals .breakfast we were put in a separate small dining room it made us feel like 2nd class citizens was not very nice. Window in bedroom was not shut able and needed repair ,was reported to management ,also not enough plug sockets or usb outlets.

Little gem by the sea
Pros:

Very cosy stay room a good size for a single room with a double bed which is great.
Shower fantastic with plentiful hot water .
Had a problem with the TV which was sorted out immediately.
Bed very comfy.
Breakfast help yourself to cereals toast and croissants a hot breakfast is served to your table.
Mushrooms lovely as well as the bacon .all in all a pleasant stay .
We had a drink in the bar lounge as well as outside with no issues.

Cons:

No mirror in the bedroom i stayed in also no fan for the hot weather we have been having (luckily I have learnt to take my own as not all hotels provides them)room was very warm.

I would recommend this hotel for its central location and for the friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

We went to Llandudno to run the Y Promenad parkrun in Colwyn Bay, so we got back to the hotel at 10:15 after breakfast had finished, but the staff were very accommodating in setting a breakfast just for us.

The location of the hotel is very central in Llandudno which was very useful for shopping, for finding a restaurant and for going to the beach.

Pros:

I was in town for the Duathlon.

I could leave my bike inside overnight in an area often used for mobility scooters.

I asked about late checkout, which they didn't technically do, but all I really wanted was a quick shower after the event. So I checked out and the manager said she'd delay the cleaning of my room...after the event I was able to pop back and grab the key and have a quick shower before driving home.

Loved it. Beautiful building Loved the Victorian feel of it. Lovely dining room with pristine white cloths on tables and rooms were lovely. Staff were amazing and NOTHING was a trouble for them. Whatever you asked it was there

Cons:

Could do with some shelves in bathrooms especially over the sink. Nowhere to put your toiletries

Small, old fashioned room. Few power sockets or charging points. The bathroom sink was so small that the kettle would not fit under it.
