great location ,needs updating
Pros:

good location ,nice breakfast although we where in a room off main dinning area this made getting to and from items toaster needs attention(replacing) room was ok

Cons:

some areas of bedroom (43) needs attention floor uneven in places ,television miles away from bed (only place to sit) water pipe noise level was unacceptable both from room 45 and main pipes area banging hotel was made aware of this .lift needs attention both trip hazard and in appearance (it didn't level with any exit floor level)

A well run hotel with good amenities and welcoming staff.
Pros:

I liked the Welsh warmth of the welcome.
The hotel is in an excellent location and is clean throughout.
A good bedroom and shower.

Very much enjoyed our stay here with a nice breakfast and hotel bar for the evening.
Pros:

Lovely furniture and aesthetic in the hotel. Really enjoyed sitting in the hotel bar.

Cons:

There was some dust in our room and a half used milk sachet left behind from the previous visitor.

Lovely stay. Hotel is lovely if you have no disabilities.
Pros:

Hotel location excellent. Dining room staff excellent. Reception first impression not great although more friendly later in day and Second gentleman was lovely and v helpful.

Cons:

Location of car park. Hotel advertised as disabled friendly although definitely wasn’t. Lift had lip on entering and exiting. Offered on calling, room with walk in shower, not given and unable to swap. Bed made as double when twin booked, easily sorted though.
Bathroom was too small and unsuitable for my mum who was disabled and needed to take walker in.

Pros:

We stayed in the superior bedroom, when I walked into the bathroom it was huge with a roll top bath and a separate walk in shower. The bed was super comfy. There was a very good selection of hot and cold breakfast. There was also a car park connected to the hotel which was very convenient.
