Dezamagitor, mai ales din punct de vedere al personalului
Pros:

Singurul aspect pozitiv a fost restaurantul Lujo care avea un meniu variat, iar toate preparatele comandate au fost foarte gustoase. Chelnerii de la restaurant erau atenti, mai ales unul dintre baieti pe care l-am gasit acolo si dimineața si seara, in fiecare zi.

Cons:

Printre facilitățile prezentate, s-a numarat piscina exterioară, acesta fiind motivul pentru care am ales acest hotel. Ei bine, aceasta a fost inchisa pe tot parcursul săptămânii, motivul fiind ca au avut un eveniment in weekend si nu au avut timp sa o curete.
Aveau si piscina interioara, din toate zilele petrecute acolo, cu exceptia zilei de miercuri cand angajata de la receptie a fost drăguță si a venit sa aprinda luminile (restul fetelor pareau deranjate zilnic), in toate celelalte zile am intrat in bezna, am cautat eu luminile, am dat drumul la saună etc.
Fotoliile din camera erau pătate toate.
La restaurant, era un domn care parea seful/administratorul, care considera normal sa aiba toate conversațiile telefonice pe speaker, astfel am auzit ca au probleme cu personalul, ca nu stiu cum sa ii grupeze etc. Lipsa totala de profesionalism.
