Avendo soggiornato 6 giorni, hanno fatto le pulizie 3 volte ed hanno cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani solo 1 volta
Non hanno mai pulito la doccia ed il pavimento, nemmeno mai rifornito il sapone per le mani

We will be returning for sure!
Pros:

The resort was very peaceful and quiet, which made it very relaxing. The staff can not be faulted. They were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing with a great selection to choose from.
We enjoyed the activities around the pool, the morning stretch, aqua aerobics, water polo, the quiz night, and the bbq. The pool was heated, which was a nice surprise. Overall, 10/10 for me, and I will definitely return for another visit.

Cons:

My only dislike was the pool bar closing at 5pm. I understand dinner begins at 7, and staff needs to set up. I noticed a few people come at 5.15 after their busy day to have a drink and relax, but the bar was closed. It's not a major problem. Even a sign at the bar might be helpful to say bar closes at 5pm. Oh and food stops at 3.30. (Chicken nachos are delicious!)

El.hotel.en si,el complejo es muy bonito,limpieza,sin ruidos, satisfactorio

No había flexibilidad en los cambios de horarios de comida,estábamos de media pensión y no pudimos cambiar la cena por la comida,teníamos una excursión...deberías tener en cuenta estos detalles ,porque el cliente lo está pagando. Pedí cama matrimonial,tuvimos que juntar las camas individuales y se movían..horarios de la.piscina,considero que tendría que extenderse mas,ya que si vienes de paseo ,te acomodas en la piscina y te apetece tomarte algo o comer,en su restaurante.Vigilancia socorrista 🛟, sinceramente no se que papel asia,niños gritando y saltando molestando, teniendo en cuenta que vendéis un sitio de bienestar y tranquilidad.Perdonal,mu aplicados y profesionales en la zona de restaurantes.Hravias a Jessica y Julieta,amables y con una sonrisa que se agradece.Recepcion..perfecto y resolutivo.

Pros:

O hotel era muito tranquilo e calmo. O exterior era bonito, bem decorado e pitoresco. Os quartos também eram grandes e espaçosos. Para além disso, a comida era muito boa, tanto ao jantar como no pequeno almoço.

Bien pero la piscina cierra pronto
Cons:

El sitio está bien, cuidado y limpio. Lo que es excesivamente corto es el horario de la piscina que a las 18 ya no puedes meterte. Si estás de vacaciones a las 18 aún estás dando vueltas por la isla por lo que al final disfrutarla es imposible.

Le staff tres gentil le petit dej la terasse l environnement de l hotel

Cons:

Les heures du petit dejeuner 8h 10h trop tardif
La piscine avec parfois du sable au fond
Le diner pas tres varie et avec beaucoup de plat contenant du porc ou de la viande (pas terrible pour les vegetariens)
Pas de miroir dans la chambre hors salle de bain
