Pros:

Relação preço-qualidade.

Cons:

Péssima insonorização, sendo as paredes de contraplacado!
Desde as 7 horas e 30 minutos que só se ouvia serem arrastadas as cadeiras das pessoas no pequeno-almoço, constantemente.
Bem como os vizinhos a falar, mesmo que em tom de voz normal.

Overall a great stay, but let’s talk about room maintenance
Pros:

Everything overall was very good! The staff were fantastic, breakfast was great, and the location couldn't be better. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the overall amenities were top-notch.

None of the mentioned issues ruined our trip, but they point to a lack of basic maintenance that should be easy for management to fix. I would still recommend staying here, but hope they address these minor fixes soon!

- Damaged skirting boards.

Pros:

Je kan echt overheerlijk eten in het restaurant van dit hotel! Vriendelijk personeel en prima locatie. Prachtig uitzicht!

Cons:

Voor ons was het net aan de verkeerde kant van serra da estrela ivm een wandeling die we maakten. Top ontbijtje.

Le Parking, la taille de la chambre, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'insonorisation (obligés de changer de chambre de la faute d'un voisin bruyant, télévision + téléphone), heureusement personnel réactif.
Début déroutant avec le personnel de l'acceuil. Problème de communication en portugais comme en anglais.

Cons:

Sem dúvida o ponto fraco foi o pequeno almoço : pouca variedade e alguns produtos de baixa qualidade.
Não é essa a expectativa de um pequeno almoço no Belmonte Sinai Hotel :
- na fruta, SÓ havia pêssegos enlatados! o que não se justifica, aquele espaço merecia uma bandeja com fruta da época;
- falta de opções no queijo, SÓ havia uma variedade de queijo sólido/curado.
Alguns produtos apresentados pareciam ter sido comprados no Intermarché situado perto do hotel tal como o fiambre de fraca qualidade, os croissants, queques etc ..., "foi só retirá-los da embalagem e voilà"

Much Less Than Expected
Pros:

Location was good.
We like small hotels with a view in a quiet area.

Cons:

We chose this hotel because they wrote that there was a Kosher breakfast. In reality, nothing is Kosher!
We got some Kosher cheese but meat and cheese were served next to each other!
The furniture was old and there was a smell in the room.
We were five in the room and were given only two towels. The room has no refrigerator.
The next day, only one bed was made, towels weren't changed amd no toilet paper provided.

Pros:

O quarto era espaçoso e o hotel é clean. O pessoal impecável.

Cons:

Colchão de molas desconfortável e rijo.
O pequeno almoço não se diferencia de outros: bolos congelados, tortas processadas, pão de supermercado, ovos mexidos cheios de líquido... e falta de saladas e ovos cozidos.
Faltam mini-frigorificos nos quartos.
