Pros:

The view from our window was fantastic, with beautiful views over the Serra da Estrela and an amazing sunset. This was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Cons:

The mattresses are rock hard and extremely uncomfortable.

When we entered the room, we could clearly see, especially because of the lighting, that the floor was covered in dust and hairs. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned.

There was also a very unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. At first, we thought it was a sewage problem, but we then discovered that the toilet brush itself was full of faeces. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic.

Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the room were far below what we would expect from an accommodation of this standard.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel légèrement en retrait, le garage payant 5€ nuit et le repas du soir avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
La vue sur la montagne, ouah

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner quelconque et payer 5€ la nuit le garage, alors que on peut se garer facilement et je pense en sécurité dans la rue.

Pros:

Erg vriendelijk personeel, zeer behulpzaam.
Omdat we vroeg wilden vertrekken op de fiets vroegen we om een ontbijtbox. De volgende ochtend bleek het ontbijt vervroegd en konden we uitgebreid ontbijten. Tevens kregen we een gratis lunchbox mee, ongevraagd!

Pros:

Pequeno almoço muito completo e, ainda por cima, com vista para a serra.
Limpeza diária impecável.
Varanda com duas cadeiras para apreciar o sol a pôr-se atrás da serra.
Quarto espaçoso qb.
Bar/restaurante para o caso de não apetecer sair (apanhámos chuva em agosto).
Funcionários jovens e sempre muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
É só subir a rua (200-300 metros) e estamos no centro de Belmonte, com lojas, restaurantes, bares, museus, etc.
Sala de convívio muito acolhedora, deu para uma partidinha de snooker.

Cons:

Não deu para perceber se o hotel tinha estacionamento próprio, pelo que deixámos o carro na própria rua, dado haver muito espaço.
