Cam e back from a festival to a room full of files. Moved to another room. Family room to v s double beds from a luxury king. Paid £400 for 1 night. Refund only £125. Refund completed 4 weeks after stay and had to chase this up. Absolute shit show
A beautiful hotel with everything you need. The staff (huge shoutout to Fraser) were very sweet. Very comfy beds and rooms. Great kids facilities too!
Honestly the manure being sprayed on the property was very very strong and came into the room. It just would have been nice to know this was happening before we came!
Fabulous hotel with lovely grounds and superb breakfast. It’s stunning place to stay for a few days.
The basic kids activities cost an extra 10 per head which was a surprise.

Bed uncomfortable, spa a bit overpriced for what you get, had food refunded at hotel restaurant after steak was really over cooked, even waitress said she could barely cut the meat when she tried, and apologised.
Wedding on which was a bit overwhelming, and wasn’t expecting it.
A real wow hotel. Elegance, refinement and quality, like we have very rarely found anywhere else. Will definitely return! Gorgeous hotel, very well trained and polite employees everywhere, food is absolutely exquisite, really very very positively surprised. Recommend to anyone. Great pool too.
