Pros:

Amazingly friendly stuff, polite , witty and willing to help with everything. The gardens and the bfast/dining area in front of the hotel are the hidden oases of Gialova. Enjoyed our stay and we are definitely going back again.

Cons:

Everything was great, nothing negative to comment on.

We really loved our stay. The hotel staff were consistently helpful, and whenever I asked for food adaptations they were brilliant — nothing felt like too much trouble. The overall food quality was very good, and my vegetarian diet was well catered for. I would have loved a little more variety, but everything I had was tasty and thoughtfully prepared.Breakfast was fresh, well presented, and enjoyable. Again, a few more vegetarian options would have made it perfect, but the team were always happy to adjust dishes when needed.
The location was outstanding — central, convenient, and completely faultless. It genuinely enhanced the whole trip.
Wehad a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out — warm, attentive, and consistently willing to go the extra mile. Every interaction felt genuine, and their kindness really shaped my experience in the best possible way.The facilities were brilliant. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and easy to access. Whether it was the communal areas, the leisure spaces, or the room itself, the standard was consistently high and made the stay feel comfortable and well cared for.

Overall, it was a stay filled with ease, warmth, and excellent service. We left feeling genuinely grateful for how well we were looked after and can't wait to go back

There wasn’t anything major that I disliked. The only area that could have been improved was the range of vegetarian options. While the food was good and the staff were excellent with adaptations, a little more variety would have made the experience even better.

Schimmel in de badkamer.
Ontbijt €20 pp was t ook niet waard.

Pros:

Nice room with big balcony. Great bar / restaurant area under the trees. Friendly staff, family owned.

Cons:

Not the best views overall. Ours was across the parking lot. The beach area was nice with good beach chairs, but the beach itself could have been raked, even doing this occasionally would help.

Toll; Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit Strand, Garten und herrlichem Ausblick. Freundliches Personal , Frühstück im Freien unter schattigen Bäumen, Sonnenliegen frei für Hotel Gäste . Gialova ist kein großer Ort aber In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es mehrere Restaurants, gutes Frühstück im Hotel. Top, Dusche am Strand und am Pool ! Mücken Schutz-Türen vorhanden .

Cons:

Eine Abtrennungstüre an der Dusche wäre toll , sonst Bad schnell überschwemmt
