Rien à voir avec l’annonce.
Pros:

L’emplacement pour les visites et le fait que ce soit à 20mn max de la plage. Nous avons pu avoir nos enfants avec nous, car leur suite le permet en terme de nombre de couchage.

Cons:

C’était pas entretenu, encore un hôtel qui n’a rien à voir entre l’annonce booking et la réalité… ça ne me donne plus du tout envie de passer par cette plateforme. : personnel qui nous regarde à peine, qui lors de notre arrivée pour laisser les bagages n’était pas présent et nous avons attendu une heure en sonnant plusieurs fois. Le patron qui n’a pas dit à son agent (l’un des agents) que nous avions déjà payé et il faut voir comment ça nous a été réclamé, comme si nous étions des voleurs et menteurs sans même vouloir regarder les preuves de paiement (le boss qui nous fait une remise de 15% pour notre « prochain séjour… »).
La « vue sur la ville » qui devient vue sur un emplacement de Food truck.
La porte de chambre cassée comme si elle avait reçu un coup, et du mobilier cassé/brisé.
La chambre était sale et sous le lit n’en parlons pas, nous avons eu plein de fourmis dans la chambre.
La salle de bain pas super propre non plus.
Cet hôtel n’avait rien de « familial » mais plutôt niche à argent pas entretenue.
Je ne remettrai jamais mes enfants là dedans.

Pros:

Чисто, подредено, с нови мебели.

Cons:

Разлепени плочки на пода, липсваща завеса в банята, при къпане всичко стана във вода.
Наличие на заведение точно под терасата. Едната вечер до 2 през нощта нямаше заспиване.

Son dakika odadaki problemleri bahane gösterip benim aşkım otele yönlendirmeleri. Bundan daha kötüsü olamaz.

Son dakikada valizlerimle tesise ulaşmışken rezervasyonumu iptal ettiler odada arıza oluşmuş ama durumundan dolayı fakat aynı zamanda rezervasyon olmaya devam ediyorlardı

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του. Ήταν μέσα στο κέντρο, δίπλα σε όλα με supermarket από κάτω , cafe , φαγητό όλα δίπλα. Πολύ ιδανική τοποθεσία.

La ubicación

Cons:

La habitación era pequeña, una cama d3 matrimonia, un sofa cama para uno de lis hijos y el otro tuvo que dormir en un sofa.
La habitación tenía una aire acondicionado roto, cosas rotas, moho en el techo del baño. Y tuvimos la puerta del baño cerrada porque olía a cloaca.
La recepcionista cuando llegué me dijo que debía pagarle en efectivo, cuando le dije que no, insistió y despues de malas maneras aceptó. Cuando ví como estaba la habitación y que mi hijo de 15 años no tenía donde dormir, me dijo que es la habitación que tenía.
No lo recomendaría por nada!

PUES SEGUN LA SUERTE CON LA HABITACIÓN ASIGNADA
Pros:

La ubicación y la asignación de 2 habitaciones superiores a lo reservado.

Cons:

Habitación 306 con pelos en lavabo y ducha.
No tenia cortinas( pusimos la colcha de la cama), tenía una ventana en el techo por la que pasaba luz toda la noche, motivo por el que no pudimos dormir NADA y nos obligó a solicitar cambio de habitación para la noche siguiente. Las instalaciones de la habitación 203 que nos ofrecían eran lamentables (lavabo y ducha rotos, olor a tabaco ..) entonces nos ubicaron en un hotel próximo, pero la habitación era de 10 metros cuando la reservada era de 25.

На одну ночь отличный вариант в Варне
Pros:

Очень хорошое местоположение и соотношение цена-качество и комнаты хоть и маленькие но очень милые и комфортные

Cons:

Немного грубоват персонал, но я подозреваю что это из-за не знания английского
