Great stay.. Loved it
Pros:

Breakfast was included and was great value for money! Great choices and get a juice plus coffee, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Gym was small but can def get a good workout. K gym is just up the road if needed as well. View was amazing from the top bar and pool area.

The room and gym smelt a little mouldy

A beautiful place for a holiday with amazing views, lovely staff and great spaces.
Pros:

Beautiful property with lovely staff. Rooms were very big. Well fitted out and great service. We stayed in the three bedroom villa near the pool.
Great views from the high point.

Cons:

Lots of stairs but a buggy is available if you need it.
Located a little away from main shopping strip. Need to take a taxi to main restaurant and shopping area.

Perfect for a few nights!
Pros:

Location, clean and the beautiful staff. Loved that they had three pools & the restaurant was amazing. Food was delicious and the drinks were great. Rooms were well soundproofed.

Cons:

More of an us issue - we had kids so was a little not kid friendly with the amount of stairs, but that was it.

Honeymoon Destroyed by an Employee Stealing from Our Room
Cons:

While we were at the hotel’s spa enjoying a one-hour massage, a hotel employee entered our room to leave a notice informing us about an anti-mosquito treatment scheduled for the following day. During that same hour, our cash was stolen and our credit card details were compromised. Four fraudulent transactions were made using our card while we were still at the spa.

We reported the incident to the hotel manager. After discussing what had happened, not only was no compensation or goodwill gesture offered, but the manager also accused us of making false allegations instead of taking the situation seriously.

We are not claiming to know who committed the theft. However, it is a fact that someone entered our room during our absence to leave the notice, and it was during that same period that our cash disappeared and our credit card information was stolen.

What is even more disappointing than the theft itself is the hotel’s response. We expected the incident to be handled professionally. Instead, we were treated as if we were lying and received no support or compensation whatsoever.

I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. Based on our experience, the security of guests’ belongings and the management’s handling of serious incidents are deeply concerning.

Great location and amazing value , we had a suite, staff really helpful with amazing breakfasts
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and enjoyed offering advice , quite a lot of steps but we quite liked this as it was set up on a hill

Cons:

Steps could be a problem for less mobile people

Villas are gorgeous and huge! Views are to die for and staff incredibly friendly.
Pros:

Loved it! Fabulous location, we are younger so didn’t mind the stairs. Sensational views from villas.

Fantastic resort!
Pros:

Everything was fantastic. The staff were lovely, the resort is well maintained, breakfast was delicious, and the view from our villa and the roof top pool was amazing.
