Pros:

Actually this is my 3rd time to visit .. and it was comfortable and I like the place .. all the service was good ..

Cons:

But the TV is not working
This time but i didn'tmake complain for that problem... but I hope you will upgrade the coffee cup to coffee mugs , atleast it will be great to had a coffee in the morning if the cup change to coffee mugs
Disposable cup is ruins the whole image of the room ...

Pros:

Единственный плюс отеля это нахождение недалеко от набережной и центра .Завтраки хотя и сытные ,но слишком однообразные.

Cons:

Чистота на самом низком качестве.Сауна и бассейн в запущении.
