Pros:

The breakfast was great, especially with the fish option included.

Cons:

The hotel description stated that a sauna was available and that the rooms had air conditioning. Unfortunately, neither was the case. It appears that the sauna has been out of service for a long time, and the air conditioning in my room didn’t work.

Wellnessmassage durch Claudia hervorragend, Zimmerausstattung, Frühstück explizit frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, Panorama Dachterrasse, Saunalandschaft

Cons:

Erst bei Ankunft Info über Renovierungsarbeiten, entsprechend Lärm während des gesamten Aufenthaltes. Schwierig wenn Zuhause selbst das ganze Haus gerade umgebaut wird und der Bau dann im Urlaub weitergeht, wo es explizit um abschalten und entspannen gehen sollte! Der erste Moment als wir das dem Fahrstuhl gelaufen sind, hatten wir erstmal gefragt ob wir hier richtig sind und ob dieser Bereich überhaupt betreten werden darf. Der Bohrhammer und der Lärm haben sich wirklich mühe gegeben und sich reingehängt. Das Gefälle des Boden vom Balkon beträgt vermutlich 15° Grad, unangenehm. Normal sind 1-3° Grad. Ebenso war leider vor Buchung (booking), nicht zu erkennen das dass Restaurant im Haus geschlossen ist. Insgesamt hat es Potenzial aber mit den Umständen war es leider für uns, in Verbindung mit dem doch nicht geringen Preis , eine Enttäuschung.

Tolles und sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, macht Spaß.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Besonders hervorhheben möchte ich das Restaurant. Die Speisen sind sehr lecker. Ich empfehle, das Restaurant unbedingt auszuprobieren, es lohnt sich. Wichtig: Unbedingt einen Tisch reservieren. Der Spa-Bereich ist auch sehr schön und gut zur Entspannung. Es gibt dort gratis Wasser und verschiedene Tees.
Es war ein wirklich sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wenn wir wieder in der Region sind, werden wir gerne wieder das Hotel Waldkrug wählen.
