Difficulty catching lifts to relevant accommodation with cumbersome golf bags…. Patience was key !

Good value for money, with excellent breakfasts and dinners and a convenient location
Pros:

The breakfasts and dinners were very tasty. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming — many thanks to them!
The location is also good: it is not directly on the beachfront, so it is quiet enough, but still not far from the sea.

Cons:

The child’s cot felt a bit flimsy. The pillow was very old and lumpy - it felt like it was full of cotton balls, and it was impossible to sleep on. We had to make a DIY pillow out of towels.
The lady at reception was a little rude. We also couldn’t immediately figure out how to use the laundry room - apparently this is some kind of sacred secret, and she didn’t seem very willing to share it :)
The bathroom door in our room did not close at all. We had to prop it shut with the trash bin in order to use the toilet or take a shower.
The soundproofing was very poor, although it didn’t bother us too much because we were exhausted after spending the day at the sea.
The air conditioner was also extremely noisy. For some reason, setting 3 was quieter than setting 1.

Cons:

The lack of choice for food for lunch and only the pool bar open not the bar inside, except when there was a storm ! Having just frozen pizzas was a let down
