Good value for money and great spa facilities
Pros:

I loved the spa facilities in the hotel and the well maintained yard. The staff were very nice and helpful too.

Cons:

The AC didn't seem to help cool the room but the outside temperature was comfortable anyway so we just opened the balcony door.

Το ξενοδοχείο παρα πολυ καλο ... εχει και πάρκινγκ και μας άφησαν να βάλουμε τη μοτοσικλέτα μας μπροστά στην είσοδο..το δωματιο μεγαλο και ωραιο..πολυ καθαρο... ωραιο και το φαγητό τους ...το προσωπικό με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη και ευγενικοτατοι...και τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν και στο εστιατόριο..και η Ρόζα στη ρεσεψιον μας αιφνιδίασε όμορφα με τα ωραία της τα ελληνικά και την ευγένεια της... θα σας ξαναερθουμε

אכזבה עצומה

ארוחת בוקר טובה
חדר רילקס, סאונה רטובה ויבשה

Cons:

הזמנו את המלון כמלון האחרון שלנו בבולגריה וקיבלנו שדרוג דרך בוקינג לסוויטה עם ארוחת בוקר וספא בחינם. בנינו על המלון כהזדמנות להתפנק לקראת סוף הטיול.
בפועל גילינו שהמלון מאוד מאכזב.
החדר היה מאוד קטן למרות שנאמר שהוא סוויטה.
הספה הנפתחת הייתה קשה ושבורה, מאוד לא נוחה לשינה.
התאורה בחדר הייתה מאוד גרועה, לא היה אף מקור אור על התקרה.
המזגן היה חלש מאוד ובקושי קירר את החדר.
במקרה אחד רצינו לחנות ולא היה מקום בחנייה של המלון, עובדי המלון אמרו לנו להסתדר לבד למרות שבפירוש ביקשנו מלון עם חנייה.
הבריכה והג׳קוזי היו מיושנים מאוד ועם מים קרים, עובש ברצפה ותחושה כללית של חוסר השקעה.
לא החליפו לנו מגבות, לא קיבלנו סבון, שמפו ואפילו נייר הטואלט היה גרוע.
במהלך השהות שלנו בבולגריה היינו במלון של הרשת בעירייה אחרת וקטנה יותר, ובה המלון היה משמעותית יותר יפה, נוח וחדש.
