This hotel was a great find, located very well for walking to Marketplatz, and would stay there agai
Pros:

Rooms were very nice, street view windows were fun, breakfast very good. Service to get to our car was excellent because it was so far offsite.

Cons:

That the street right in the front of the hotel were under construction. Made access difficult. Not the hotel's fault but still very inconvenient

Pros:

Great location in the heart of the old town. There are great restaurants around and everything you need to see is in walking distance. Also close to the main station - just about 15 min away by foot.
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.
The staff was very friendly and let us leave our luggage for couple of hours after checkout.
Breakfast was decent

Pros:

The location is the best part of this stay. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

Good luck with customer service. Check in was fine but the waitress at breakfast yelled at two people for separate reasons. The first was for taking a picture of artwork in the room (the women apologized for being in the way and quickly moved but was still scolded) and the second person was told off for asking that the eggs be refilled. The waitress kept claiming that she was just one person and seemed overworked, still not a reason to be rude. Seeing people treated like that tainted our stay in addition to other things. Construction made it hard to get to the location. It was extremely hot and there was only a fan to help. Opening the windows let in noise and smoke from the people and neighbors smoking outside. It was a very uncomfortable summer night for what we paid.
