Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön. Der öffentliche Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, sehr sauber und kostenlos zugänglich.

Die Lage ist fantastisch und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Auch die Seilbahn ist ganz in der Nähe.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das große Zimmer erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Daher würde ich Gästen, die Schwierigkeiten mit Treppen haben, eher von dieser Zimmerkategorie abraten.

Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über ein eigenes Restaurant mit sehr leckerer Pizza, was besonders praktisch ist, da die Auswahl an Restaurants im Dorf sehr begrenzt ist. Für Kinder gibt es auch einen schönen Spielbereich.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. The public beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, and it is very clean and free to access.

The location is fantastic, with a beautiful and breathtaking view. The cable car is also very close by.

The room was very clean. The larger room is spread over two floors, so I would not recommend this room category for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs.

The hotel also has its own restaurant serving very tasty pizza, which is especially convenient since restaurant options in the village are very limited. There is also a nice play area for children.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Der einzige negative Punkt war für uns das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist leider sehr begrenzt und könnte deutlich vielfältiger sein.

Pros:

Lage, Personal, Nähe zum Intersport wo man sich diverses ausleihen kann (SUP, Räder, etc) und einen Rabattgutschein vom Hotel erhält.

Cons:

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage und ein kleiner Kühlschrank z.B. für Getränke, das wäre nicht schlecht. Beim Frühstück wäre ein kleines veganes Angebot toll, z.B. ein wenig Hummus oder ähnliches.

Pros:

L'emplacement est magnifique avec une belle vue sur les montagnes entourant le lac. Le petit-déjeuner était super dans une salle très bien décorée. Malgré un petit couak à notre arrivée tardive, le personnel était au petit soin et a même fait un geste pour réparer leur erreur.

L'envoi de dernière minute des informations d'accès pour un check-in tardif.

Patiko gamta, aplinka, kambarių švara, didelio pasirinkimo skanūs pusryčiai, šalia paplūdimys, saugi parkavimo vieta, įspūdingi vaizdai aplinkui, tylus ir ramus poilsis. Kambariai su terasomis.

Sublokuoti kambariai, nepatiko, kad du kambarius gavome ne šalia (ne viename bloke), nors rezervacija buvo atlikta seniai. Nebuvo kondicionieriaus.

Good and not so good surprises
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, very organized and clean. The beds are comfortable, all super clean and beautiful. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff is very kind and warm. The restaurant is great as well! The location is very good for someone with family. We could enjoy water with a little kid and a dog with no problems. The room has a fridge, so I could bring and manage the little one' special food and fruits for the non main meals.
There is a small supermarket nearby but with some options of fruits and none for non frozen food. It is very close as well from the cable car that took us up to the mountains for a very beautiful view of the alps and amazing restaurants and entertainment for all ages. We would come back, but there are some low points I would pay more attention before booking.

Cons:

The days we were on vacation were extremely hot.35 deg celsius and blue skies all day long for 4 days. The rooms achieved easily more than 30 degrees at night. We kept all closed with coutains closed during the day. But the double rooms we booked were absurdly hot at night with poor conditions for sleeping well.It rained 1 day thanks the heavens to cool all a bit. Not enough tough to diminish temperatures to to sleep in the second floor of the room. I believe it is necessary for the hotel to address this issue. Another low point is that our room was near to the lighted hotel sign. We needed to open the windows and the door from the terrace to the max to make it a bit tolerable to stay inside. So the sign kept all iluminated the whole night. For my baby, all the nights were challenging to fall asleep because of the luminosity. The rooms that are not right by the side of the sign ( the ones our parents stayed in) had no issue with light/ dakness. But of course, they had the same issue with the temperature. The hotel provided portable funs that helped poorly. For such nice hotel and acommodations, for me, it would be hard to believe someone would face them.
The third low point was that on Tuesdays ALL restaurants and delivery CLOSE! We managed to eat that night some snacks I brought for any emergency. For a touristic place, imagine our surprise to find out that even the restaurant mentioned as opened in google was not.
