Excelente; precio/calidad
Pros:

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, puedes realizar muchas actividades caminando, el personal siempre amable, buena calefacción, habitaciones limpias.

*** Dato; tienen custodia para dejar las cosas de los huéspedes ya que su check in es a las 15 hrs, esto en caso que lleguen antes a la cuidad y así no andar con maletas o bolsos todo el rato.

La ubicación en relación al centro de Valdivia.

Cons:

De las cuatro noches en estadía, en dls existieron ruidos molestos por arreglos que están realizando.
Deben organizarse y bloquear jornadas de trabajo que no interfieran en el descanso de los huéspedes. Y el wifi de muy mala calidad

La cama amplia comoda, el desayuno contaba con leche vegetal con una variedad de opciones, buena ubicación, tuvimos un desperfecto en el baño y lo solucionaron rápidamente..

Definitivamente es un muy buen lugar para pasar unas vacaciones o ir un fin de semana, lo único que se cae es en la aten

La atención de uno de los recepcionistas, específicamente la de la única mujer (al menos en mi estancia) súper cortante, mal genio y pesada en todo momento
