Pros:

Location is good when you are just staying to catch your next flight from the airport. Neighbourhood is quiet and supermarkets are not far. Staff is friendly

Cons:

There were road construstion works at the time I stayed there, so it was not easily accessible and was impossible to get a taxi to the airport. Walls are made of paper, you can hear everything that's going on in the other rooms or when someone is entering their room etc.
