Hotel con buena ubicación y buen trato
Pros:

Ubicación, limpieza y desayuno. Tuvieron un problema informativo con la reserva pero nos ofrecieron una solución aceptable para ambos. Se responsabilizaron como profesionales.

Une bonne adresse pour passer la journée à Zermatt
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé à côté du départ de la navette pour Zermatt. Parking en souterrain avec possibilité de laisser sa voiture toute la journée. Excellent accueil. Bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner et bon restaurant.

There is a Coop right below and a train station across the street, so transportation and convenience are excellent.

Cons:

The entrance to the parking lot was too narrow, making it very difficult to enter and exit. Also, the parking lot is on the second basement level, but the elevator only goes down to the first basement level, so I had to move my luggage first before parking the vehicle.

Atendimento excelente, em todas as áreas, café da manha bem completo para todos os gostos. Localização boa, perto do centro e da estação de trens.
