Awesome stay
Pros:

The room was awesome, staff aswell, and location was perfect, nearby shopping mall, S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations really close, everything you need!

Zimmer erfüllt nicht meinen Erwartungen, aber gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück ausreichend und gut.

Cons:

Hatten ein zu kleines Zimmer erhalten. Anstatt gebuchte 18 qm nur ca. 11 qm. Ich musste mich rechtfertigen, dass die Größe nicht stimmte. Laut Architekt 15,44 qm so an der Rezeption, was es jedoch nicht hatte. Mussten am nächsten Tag bis 15 Uhr warten, um das neue Zimmer zu beziehen, obwohl wir schon eingecheckt waren und es sich um einen Zimmerwechsel handelte. Die Toilettenschüssel ist nur oberflächlich sauber. Beim Abfluss kommt die Bürste nicht hin. Sollten hier mehr Beachtung finden und bei Zimmerwechsel Grundreinigung vornehmen. Ansonsten hatte das Bad schon seine besten Jahre gesehen.

Ich habe mich dort wohlgefühlt und werde es bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Berlin wieder buchen.
Pros:

Das Anna ist ein familiäres Hotel, in dem man sich auch alleine wirklich wohlfühlen kann. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ok..
Die Betreiber und die Angestellten sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grün.

Cons:

Das Bad war SEHR klein.
Die Beleuchtung mit offenen Glühbirnen ist zwar im Trend, aber mir gefällt es nicht so sehr...
