18–23 Temmuz tarihleri arasında otelde konakladım. Daha önce de bu oteli defalarca tercih ettim.

İlk olarak, sabaha karşı uyumama rağmen sabah 08.00’de odamın telefonu çaldı ve uyandırma servisi yapıldı. Böyle bir talebim olmamasına rağmen daha sonra yanlış odayı aradıklarını söylediler. Bu nedenle tekrar uyuyamadım ve özellikle seyahat ile uçuş yoğunluğu içinde dinlenemediğim için iki günüm olumsuz etkilendi. Bu konuda resepsiyonun uyandırma taleplerini daha dikkatli ve teyit ederek yönetmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
İkinci olarak, odalarda ses yalıtımı yetersiz. Üst ve alt katlardan gelen konuşmalar rahatlıkla duyulabiliyor ve bu durum dinlenmeyi zorlaştırıyor.
Ayrıca odalarda makyaj aynası bulunmuyor. Banyodaki küçük ayna ve yetersiz ışık nedeniyle makyaj yapmak neredeyse imkânsız. Bu konuda resepsiyonu iki-üç kez aramama rağmen herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı. Sürekli iş seyahati yapan biri olarak, özellikle kadın misafirler için odalara makyaj aynası veya iyi aydınlatılmış bir ayna eklenmesinin önemli bir ihtiyaç olduğunu düşünüyorum. Günümüzde birçok otelde bu imkân standart olarak sunuluyor.

Gayet güzel. Sultan Rest. ( Kibrit patatesli çökertme) yiyecekler harika.
Pros:

Personel çok yardımcı oldu. Odamızda (halı temizliğine bağlı olarak) hafif koku vardı. Anında ilgilenildi ve uygun bir odaya geçtik. Hiç mazeret sunmadilar. Çözüm sundular.

I loved the hotel's room, very clean, central location, very delicious and rich breakfast, exceptional service, especially the reception stuff

Lefkoşa'da kalmak için en iyi tercihlerden birsi. Hz. Besim biliyor bu işi.
Pros:

Kahvaltı güzeldi. Personel ilgiliydi. Manzara güzeldi. Çay daha iyi olabilirdi. O yuvarlak makinelerde çay yanıyor.
