Staff mistake was not customer mistake
Pros:

It has Dojo in the same building.
The location has easy-access to my needs.

Cons:

I booked for a deluxe room but the staff accidentally gave my room to other customer. I ended up in a somewhat "hostel room" with a single bed, one-forth size of the actual room I booked with the FULL PRICE. The hospitality was bad upon arrival as the lady mentioned that I travelled solo in front of strangers — RED FLAG for my safety! ps: I did not take the photo of the room but the room was #521.
I do not mind if they properly apologize for their mistake. But emphasizing on being solo traveller and not even refund any cost that I have paid is such a major disappointment.

Great stay, good room, best aircond
