Ruime kamer.

Cons:

Het was voor ons een doorreis-overnachting. We kwamen om 19 uur aan en vertrokken om 8.30, geen personeel gezien. Badkamer was niet schoon, lagen nog haren die niet van ons waren. Locatie zat naast een zwaarbeveiligde ambassade en voor het ontbijt moesten we naar een ander gebouw, aan de andere kant van die beveiliging.

Frühstück war zwar im Nachbargebäude und nicht so reichhaltig wie in großen Hotels, aber vollkommen ausreichend, sehr ruhiges, schönes Ambiente und sehr netter Service.

Großes,schön eingerichtestes Zimmer,sehr bequemes Bett.. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.Der Balkon mit Ausblick hat mir auch gut gefallen.Die Lage ist außerdem optimal,man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum.

Hat für uns gut gepasst
Pros:

Die Lage der Voss Villa ist perfekt, wenn man Leipzig zu Fuss erkunden möchte. Das Frühstück, nach einem kurzen Spaziergang, war in meinen Augen sehr gut. Wenn man viel Wert auf Sicherheit legt, ist die Voss Villa eine perfekte Wahl - das amerikanische Konsulat ist in direkter Nachbarschaft und wird sehr gut bewacht.

Zimmer top - Frühstück flop

Top sind in jedem Fall die Lage und die Zimmer, der wow-Effekt beim Betreten war da!

Cons:

Die Anfahrt zum Grundstück ist etwas beschwerlich, die Straße ist durch Polizei und Sicherheitsdienst bewacht bzw. abgesperrt (von einer Seite) weil in direkter Nachbarschaft die US-Generalkonsulin residiert - sicher ist man hier jedenfalls. Das allerdings ist kaum der Rede wert im Vergleich zum Frühstück. Dass man ins Nachbargebäude über die Straße laufen muss, ist nicht weiter schlimm; ABER: 20 Euro für eine solch dürftige Auswahl und Qualität (Kochschinken und Baguette-Salami aus der Packung sowie EINE weitere Sorte Aufschnitt, keine Eierspeisen oder sie wurden nicht aktiv angeboten, um nur einiges zu nennen) - für das Geld geht man besser woanders hin. In der Umgegend gibt es sicher bessere Möglichkeiten.

Stylische Villa
Pros:

Eine tolle Villa in toller Lage.
Das Einchecken mit Code hat super geklappt. Die Suite war groß ,stylisch eingerichtet und sehr sehr ruhig.
Endlich mal wieder richtige Daunendecken und nicht der künstliche Kram.
Das Frühstück war nicht berauschend,aber ok.
Wir werden ab sofort immer in Leipzig hier übernachten,garantiert.
